NEO. Buy or not?

In my opinion NEO is very perspective coin, it has a chance to get into the TOP 5 this year. If Chinese government will remove the ICO ban, then the price of NEO can seriously grow.

I think you need to buy it now, but be careful first the price in the coin market cap, when the market is down you should immediately buy and save the coin Neo because Neo potentially is an expensive coin.
