NEO. Buy or not?

Definatly NEO is an exelent buy right now. If you look at the day charts youll see a serious breakut forming in next few days....probably today or tomorow.

Even if NEO does not bull right now youl end up with bounche of solid coin bought at ridicoulus low price.

Personaly i invested alot in neo

Neo has perspectives, the product is made in China, and they try to be the first on new technologies, I think they will not bypass the crypto currency, the product is quite centralized, so they will not have problems with the law, do not forget about the project's support from governments

I agree, besides NEO is experiencing serious technological problems. if the defects are not corrected serious growth is not worth waiting

Neo's price value is quite changeable even the position of the coin market cap Neo goes down a bit so you should choose other better coins like Ripple or IOTA.
Neo used to be good but now Neo doesn't show better things.

All altcoin are down, Neo is one of them. Take a look at the altcoin in the top 10 in all coinmarket things that have fallen since early 2018, so do not care about the price at the moment, NEO is a very good cryptocurrency and grows every day to be able to pass ETH.
NEO is a good investment choice as ETH, even better than ETH according to my criteria

There's no altcoin that's stable in terms. They're all subject to price swings and the mood of the market. NEO for me is a good coin which is not immune to price change just like others. A lot of ICOs are launching on the NEO platform which is a good thing for them, in the long run, this will drive the price just like it did for ETH

I bought neo about $17-$18, I think by NEO we will not see such a price anymore. Think, China will open ICO  in this or next year and NEO will have a good price
