I used flyp.me the first time for exchanging ETH to BTC. Everything worked fine but the transaction fee of the initiated transaction is set to 0.02$ and that's a bit frustrating.

It's the only one I know of. When I go to Shapeshift now the first thing it does is tell you to make an account.
