Is there proof of funds or addresses we know are own by this great website Freebitco?

They hold majority of the BTC in cold wallet address. wetsuit had posted their cold storage address in 2017 (see here), but they have moved Bitcoin from that address on the August month of the same year. They were using a different address to keep users Bitcoin after that.

TheQuin had posted another address which has been widely used by Freebitco team as hot wallet. But they have stopped using that address too. I'm not sure whether they are using any address as 'hot wallet address' or not. But currently there is no clear information about their cold wallet address.

I still consider it a scam. This incident happened years ago, they did not check when I was investing and suddenly block me when it was time to withdraw. At least a warning should be given and a chance to explain before blocking. I have invested in similar platforms and mistakes happen but they ask the reason not abruptly block.

You should realize no one reads the fine prints. I request again to reconsider and if it happens again feel free to take away all the money.

I read good and bad about this platform but personally trust since it’s one of the longest running, don’t prove me wrong.

They are not a scam. Nobody reads the TOS or fineprint but you can’t blame them for blocking you as you violated the rules, which you should have realised. I don’t know of many sites that give you a warning when you violate the rules and let you withdraw the money. Sorry for your loss, but I think it is time to move on.

About 4 months ago they switched to using a fresh address for every transaction. We can't follow their activity as precisely anymore but like with any custodial service we should understand the risks and only trust them with an amount we are willing to lose. They still have an excellent reputation and since complaints of missing payouts are very rare I can assume that hundreds of people are successfully withdrawing each day just like they have been for many years.

I think people are scared to place the bets this time because of uncertainty and volatility in BTC/ETH prices.
Both BTC and ETH are having news about ETFs all over and that has caused the price to pump.
There were few large whales who took profits and dumped the price down which caused a huge volatility in the market.
So may be that's why people are not willing to place any bets this time.

Predictions will close in one day and the current pool is very small so it seems that many freebitcoin users are not too confident in taking part in this prediction event because of the uncertainty in BTC and ETH prices lately which tend to be very stable and unpredictable, but for some traders who understand charts will probably understand where the current price movement is going, at least they know and participate in the BTC and ETH price predictions here.

It is possible that the price will touch below $40k in a short time but I am not sure that it will be right on January 31, possibly the price could be at the predicted $37,501 - $40,000
but the most likely thing is that at $40,001 - $45,000 they will maintain that price above $40k in the next few days, if that continues until the daily trend goes up again then the weekly charts will also return to an uptrend.

Concerning prove of address, I don't think there is any of such, atleast, FreeBitco have never announced any of such to the public.
And concerning addresses we know to belong to FreeBitco, I in particular have no idea of such, but I guess it won't be too hard to find if we should begin looking for that, and besides, I believe there are some of us here who must already have such address(es) handy, they can comment if they actually do have, but for me, I don't think I've ever withdrawn money from FreeBitco, so, I do not have any of their hot wallet addresses handy at the moment.

But by the way, I am curios to know why you are asking about this? For I am very sure that there is no casino that have a prove of addresses public, what exactly do you need this information for?

The thing about questioning how much they own, would be only possible if you fear not getting paid enough at all. However we are talking about a place that is around 10+ years, it is about 2013 something, we are in 2024, so maybe like 10.5 years or something like that. This is why I think it should be quite important to remember they have not really required to show their situation at all.

They do have a great business that has been lasting a long time and already have good reputation. From above posts, I have my first time to know about past addresses for Freebitco.in and if they still have it (but in new addresses), they actually have very big business fund.

Casinos can shut down their operations by many reasons and even by the team proactively shut down when they are no longer want to run the business. I already see Yolodice shut down their business some years ago when the owner no longer want to spend time to operate it.

They pay their users well and it's enough. I don't have needs to see their Proof of Reserve and I don't feel I need to see it because of my curiosity.

I agree with you because there is a lot of abuse that may not be detected by the system which of course creates losses for the site as well and I think that by confiscating the funds of users who cheat and commit abuse it can be used to cover the losses that have been experienced by the site so this is not done for the purpose of personal interests, this will be a lesson for other users to be honest and not violate the terms and conditions on this site.

Well, the BTC price has already dropped below $40k and is now in the $37.5k to $40k range, as previously thought. This was expected, but the problem is that it happened rather quickly. As a result, there are still 13 hours left until the end of betting, and the odds for this range have already dropped a lot. However, the odds for the range of $35k to $37,5k still look tempting.

What am I saying in essence, we are yet to witness the pump that the ETF approval is supposed to bring to the price of bitcoin, and this is because SEC are holding that price pump hostage  , and when the time is right, they will release it and we all will witness another months of bull run.
Lets start accumulating even more bitcoin now that price is going down..

1-2 years? The interest rate on their investment without premium is 4.08% and with premium is 5.1-ish that means a minimum of 25years or 20years respectively to turn 1BTC to 2BTC. Where are you getting 1-2years from?

Of course I want them to run for longer than that. We should dwell on the negative and keep our vision on the positives. Since the site has a solid business model of brining in money and paying out money, they should sustain long enough for all of us to ROI and profit beyond that.

True investors have strong confidence which is not broken by a 20% correction. From $49,000 to today price, it is about - 20% correction.

People who are panic and fearful now are traders or speculators and they are not actual Bitcoin investors. Newbies can feel fearful too and they need more correction experience like this one, to mature and understand more about this market. Some of newbies will successfully upgrade themselves and become diamond-handed Bitcoin investors in next cycles.
