Crypto market doesn't flows up continuously for long time. Maybe it will take a break before the end of October and we might see a backward movement or a stable position there. Currently eth staying above 400 usd, but almost 75% bet have been made under 400 usd range for eth price. Probably those bet have been placed earlier. I think nothing is favorable now with the current movement of crypto market.

I am really surprised with this bull run because I was not expecting very quick figure like this $13K very quickly but today its touches so now we can expect $15K is not far away from us in short term because markets going in bull with big news of paypal is not bad at all but still whales can do their own magic so be careful and invest which you can afford to lost is best policy we are all on big whales because they are taking good advantage of good holdings.

None of the stats have an exact link to a live calculation from what Ive read, its just cached and centralized in its updates as obviously thats far less load and no random user needs to know an exact number in a live ledger every second.  It might even be its more secure not to give out exact information only in retrospect but either way its understandable so long as its roughly correct which is the case afaik.

I'm undecided on this price bet Oct end, could it be people are still sellers from the inital January lows of 2018, pretty sure there was greater volume then but not many are waiting over two years.  Surely not a large amount are in memory within the price, also top prices for 2019 just right here.   I think it can resolve down as a type of confirmation (of this move up), totally not negative but I dont know I have confidence it will do this before month end.  11500 is prior resistance and 10500 to 10000 would be the figures for a hard retrace and remain bullish medium term.    Yen is up, dollar isnt really moving down just searching a range, it would make sense if market is waiting some for November news.   The paypal thing is weird, do they give 4% on the BTC balance

It's interesting that BTC has slowed down a bit, gaining only 0.6% in the last 24 hours while ETH has gained solid 4.25%. At this pace reaching $501+ in 8 days doesn't look that unrealistic.

You should read up the terms and conditions but this is basically perimutuel betting which by definition means that the size of the pot is absolutely determined by # of participants and how much they each put in. Minus house commissions from FBC, you get your share equal to what you put in if you win. So no, no fixed amount.

Truly unexpected. First we got MicroStrategy 2 weeks ago buying more Bitcoin (and how Norwegian government has a stake) and then Twitter boss says Bitcoin is the future, and then now Paypal following up so we've got an entire whole stretch of super good news.

Hope this leads to a more sustainable rally though. Don't want to see $10k anymore;)

Its nice to see bitcoin prices going up quickly due to some good news all around but i don't think those who bet on the bitcoin prices on freebitco will be happy. There are very few people who bet on bitcoin prices to be above 13K. The odds of 9.36 is also nice provided bitcoin stays above the 13K level.

I called it as sub $ 14k at the start of September in my interview (which you can read in full by following the link):

Ethereum is not in an unbelievable place, the odds if the price ends up right here would be 3.78 and that is not really that shocking, in fact that is almost like a guaranteed one the only better is 350-400 range and 300-350 range and I do not see 300-350 to happen anymore at all, so it is going to be either the 350-400 one that will happen if it goes down a bit with a new correction (if it happens) or it will be 400-450 which is totally doable right now and not super high odds.

However bitcoin is not like that it is VERY close to 13k level and odds of that is 7.06 so I could say that it is quite possible that people might get a ton of return, almost double the ethereum one, and even if it fails to break over 13k that is even better, 12.5k-13k is at 9.02 right now so it would be a huuuuge win.
