They don't accept Dogecoin. There was a separate site owned by wetsuit that was called Free Dogecoin. It was also a dice site. They closed it down a few months ago.
If they added an altcoin to FreeBitco.in I think Doge would be an ideal choice due to it's low fees and decent level of adoption, especially amongst gamblers.

I have told you before that we are experiencing problems with the Doge node. The unreliability of the outdated Doge core software is the main reason we decided to close freedoge.co.in down. We can't send the remaining Doge to an exchange to sell it until the node is back up and running. I am only at 36k RP with 0 referrals. Tried in the past to also convert these for roll bonus when I had a lot of time but nowadays I just keep on collecting RP.

Noice, I thought it was weird for me when I clicked on the h captcha and it showed me a list of pants and leggings which I first thought to be an advertisement.  

These captcha are getting HARDER AND HARDER as time goes by.     It was very hard for me to determine the length of the pants when worn and by just showing the pants alone.

I don't see a reason why FB will not consider putting a FUN tokens faucet in the future along with other events as FUN tokens as prizes. Yes, to be honest, today I was a little stunned when I saw what events you can bet on.
