No. it is working perfectly and a network timeout meaning you didn't receive the roll result is the only possible cause of the problem you describe.

Hello everyone, tell me I had 8k satosh on my balance, and today I look at the balance is empty, not on the withdrawal, I looked at the entire balance was drained in multiplayer, although I did not play or log in, and this is already 3 times, two-factor is enabled

We do periodically adjust to the current market value but you are correct that it has been overlooked for a long time. It's pretty difficult to do when BTC is volatile. If we adjusted today and there was 30% correction tomorrow then we'd be making a big loss buying iPhones.

How many people actually did used their reward points for stuff like that? I do not mean the 25 dollar gift card type of deals because those could be very well redeemed and not a huge deal (except there is even 2000 dollar gift card so I am not sure about that one).

First it is hardware wallets, how many times a month (or even a year) do people claim a hardware wallet from the reward ssection? I assume it must be a very low number to be honest, and how many people redeem mobile phones?

By the looks of it you still have iphone 11 and I just wanted to let you know 12 came out a bit ago, but even with 11 pro max that doesn't look like a reachable amount of reward points, maybe it is actually cheap or expensive I do not know some people just have way too much money they gamble with, but I do not really know if it was ever claimed or not, looks like maybe a few times only? May I know how long it take you to earn that much reward points? I'm still on my way to reach 80k RP soon and I'm undecided whether I set my goal on grinding the weekly lottery or just convert it bitcoin.
Also, Is it worth it to convert it rather than grinding for those bonus such as lottery ticket and free bitcoin? ~

Maybe it took nearly 5 months (can't remember exactly). By the way, I don't find the lottery as anything worth. I had lottery tickets at every round, but never won the prize. Though you may become lucky in the lottery draw, who knows! And converting 100k RP into btc is better than taking small btc bonus with RP. Because the base btc reward is small now. So try to reach that 100k RP, you aren't far away.

Everything is shown on your personal stats page and roll history on the multiply BTC page where each entry can be expanded to show your balances before and after each roll. If you see anything you don't remember doing please scan your device for malware and remove any unofficial or untrusted applications you have installed. If you are using 2fa it is possible for someone to have remote access to your device therefore use you already authorised session.

Can you tell me if you have recently installed an application related to freebitco.in or Bitcoin in general?
