So, someone just spend over 220 Bitcoins or $11 117 000 to get $200 000 worth Lambo. Wow. I hope he didn't really purchased all these tickets and got it through wagering. If not, probably it will be most expensive Lambo ever. But even if he wagered a lot of BTC and got Golden tickets in this way, it's still insane money. If he can afford to gamble so much, probably these $200 000 doesn't means much for him.

He got the tickets from wagering. I remember this guy, he is the one who won the daily wagering contest every day for like 5 months straight. You can take a look at the monthly contest winners to see the insane amount of bitcoin he was wagering last year and this year: September: 95.39641500 BTC October:2947.53454000 BTC November: 1175.75483500 BTC December: 1405.83712500 BTC January: 550.40739500 BTC And then he suddenly disappeared. This gives a total of 6174.93031 bitcoin wagered in a 5 month period. With freebitco.in's 5% house edge he would have been expected to lose 300+ bitcoin by wagering that much. He would have gotten some perks like reward points and winning the daily wagering contest every day, but I'm thinking the mere 4 bitcoin he won from this competition is nowhere near the amount he lost over this time. I think with users like this we really don't have to worry about freebitco.in running out of bitcoin anytime soon.

Well doesn't matter how the winner got so many golden tickets, it's his winning and congratulation for him. I doubt he spend all of his bitcoin by bought the ticket alone without wager anything, so he didn't spend 220 btc for those ticket.
But gamble on a site which has 5% HE just like an explanation from above me would make him lose lot of money, hopefully he didn't lose that expected 300 btc.

it is his money so it is none of our business. whether he lost a lot or not, that is his problem. if he can wager that much, it means he can afford to have that kind of lifestyle. he maybe getting some happiness that he cant get from other activities. and definitely, freebitco is more than happy to accommodate this type of player. the more of them, the better for the site.

Let's assume this guy had 220 bitcoins to gamble with, then his account balance would have earned him DAILY INTEREST of 0.02410958 BTC to gamble with... and that makes for MONTHLY INTEREST (30d) of 0.72425178 BTC .... He might even had more coins on here. I doubt that anyone in their right mind would deposit that amount of coins on this site, for 4% interest... it would make more sense to trade with it and to deposit smaller amounts daily from those profits.

God bless people like him, they're paying for our APYs That's how it works and it will always be like that. Every site has a few crazy gamblers that by losing a lot keep the bankroll always replenished and constantly growing. In the end, it's all about psychology I think, maybe the guy got those btc almost for free and he has way more so he doesn't care. Who knows? For the site that is good anyway.

I can't imagine having that amount of bitcoin to gamble with. It seems gambling is where his life evolves with. Him alone, freebitco can continue their operations. If some of us can only afford to have few golden tickets, on the other hand, he is raking hundreds of thousands of tickets. Wonder if he will be active again this round 5. Can't imagine the amount of money he lost on this site.

Make sense because wagering that much money means would have lost mots likely unless very lucky to make money on that. And actually just wondering even after getting those much worth in the end after caluation after the losses if hit during the gambling he is in profit or loss. Because if ends in a loss then no point actually just might helped to recover some looses on it.

Here in Australia, the official cash rate by the Reserve Bank of Australia is sitting at 0.1 % and they themselves state the it won't go higher for multiple years. You can get a home loan for under 3.5%. According to https://bitcoindata.science/bitcoin-units-converter.html BTC 220 is worth approx $10.8M ( € 9.03M ) so it may be someone's retirement fund which they are comfortable gambling the interest off of. (Great work if you can get it)

Keep in mind that it's impossible to know whether he's up or down. Or he could be at breakeven. Wow, looking at the reward for this 4th winner compared to what it was in the 2nd round truly shows how much Bitcoin has grown. For reference, the 2nd one paid out 24.X BTC I believe, back when BTC was less than $10k. I'm close to being ready to make another go at winning another. I'm not sure if it'll be in round 5 or 6 yet but one of those will be my goal!

That's why I said it was expected that he lost that much . You're right, only he and the admins of the site know his true gambling stats. But when you gamble as much as this guy, the house always wins. So it's possible that he won, it's just not probable. There is a reason casinos don't go bankrupt. Unless it's run by Donald Trump, but I think we've talked enough about politics on this thread. At least until 2024 . Good to see you're still around. It's nice when guys like you post your winnings. It won't prevent disgruntled gamblers from coming here and screaming "scam", but hopefully it helps some people realize that freebitco.in is trustworthy.

the recent promotional deposit bonus was a bit unfair don't you think? it said deposit any amount and get 10 new rolls on wheel of fortune. which means if you deposit 1 bitcoin you would get the same number as someone else who deposited the minimum amount of bitcoin!
i think such promotions should be based on amount deposited and you should get 1 new roll for every for example 0.005BTC.
The last time we did a deposit bonus giveaway it was for Golden Tickets and in exactly the format you suggested and ran for 48hrs each time. Unfortunately, one individual started depositing and withdrawing the same 2 BTC constantly for 48hrs every time we ran it. We think this is a lot fairer on everyone and a lot less attractive for high rollers to abuse. Edit: I forgot the happy ending. They spent a fortune in mining fees and didn't win the Lambo. fair enough but this could be simply prevented if you added a condition where every user could use the bonus only once per round. so for example for this recent one, if someone made 3 deposits of 2 BTC, 2 BTC, 2 BTC only the first one would give them the reward not the other two. just my 2 cents.

Well remembered but I'm not sure why you are discounting that they might have actually won a lot of Bitcoins.
Sup TheQuack: Winning less than one has lost is not considered winning or being successful which is what the post was referring to. So "Why" are they discounting it? Because they are not out to shill FBC with unreasonable thoughts. It's unreasonable to assume that this person won anything at all due to the high house edge of FBC and the amount of LONG time the account ID has been seen (if it was an actual account of course which no one can prove or disprove including you lol). As you said yourself, the longer one plays, the more LIKELY they are to lose. So there you have it, the "Why" of why someone would assume they lost instead of won using your own speeches on gambling and lengths of time. As for how someone gambles this much BTC, thats an interesting subject to discuss. IMO these are likely not legit BTC. If you take a look you can see that many addresses that have deposited into known FBC addresses come from known hacked BTC addresses (there are monitors you can look at online to see this or you can research it yourself). It's common knowledge that one of the MANY ways to filter/disperse stolen/hacked BTC is to use gambling sites (FBC isnt the only one that is used for this purpose but it is among the top 3), tumblers, anonymous exchanges, etc. They all serve the same purpose and it's mostly just personal preference as to which one someone may use. The other option is that this isnt a real account at all and is just a dummy account by FBC itself. All of these are plausible explanations as to how anyone would put this much BTC on the line for next to no return at all.

Some people just have a huge budget and get fun from gambling, so, they don't care much about the amount of money they spend. Some people have bought bitcoins back when price was very, very low and they have so much bitcoins, don't care too much how they spend some of them. Finally, this is crypto gambling, so, everything happens there haha. the recent promotional deposit bonus was a bit unfair don't you think? it said deposit any amount and get 10 new rolls on wheel of fortune. which means if you deposit 1 bitcoin you would get the same number as someone else who deposited the minimum amount of bitcoin!

I guess you have seen poker promotions where you get deposit bonus only on pokers. There, users can only deposit once and claim the reward according to the amount they deposit. The only way to abuse this is to register alt accounts. This will always be the problem and you have to carefully handle that. In case of getting lottery tickets via alt accounts, you could reveal them and burn those tickets. Current structure doesn't really look attractive, almost it looks like it doesn't even exist.

I see you have discovered that FBC isn't so great when you try to withdraw from it to exchanges. Ever wonder why? To bad you are to ignorant to see it lol. The answer is staring you right in the face and you still refuse to acknowledge it lol. Your type cracks me up more than George Carlin: "Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?" Best quote ever and it describes you to a T.
