Who did you contact?  Is it in the support email?  What information do you expect to receive after you contact them?  This post is very incomplete and please make it specific to give you the right answer and help you with your query.

Which do you refer to being tested to receive Bitcoin?  To deposit?  at the faucet?  or to which?

In my opinion, You must regularly claim the faucet when you have exchanged your RP for boosting rewards from the faucet, at least you have to roll more than 10x, less than that RP will be wasted.

Spending RP on claiming the bonus booster will only be effective if you are sure you will have a lot of free time or you will be able to recoup even more than you spent after activating it.  If you have not yet achieved the goal of reaching 100K RP, maybe you should target to reach it first rather than being included in winning the lottery contest because it is not easy to win there.  We get free lottery tickets at WOF.  And we can also change to get RP in exchange for lottery tickets in the settings.

That's what I mean, my maximum ability to claim faucets per day is only 10-12x, and I rarely change my RP to boost faucet rewards. You are right it is very difficult to win the lottery so it would be better if deactivate it and choose to get RP instead, and I have done it

 The psychological portrait of a troll is such a not very smart person who has a large complex of ambitions and self-conceit.  He only needs to be discussed, or rather, as a rule, condemned for his actions and statements.  Trolling is basically impossible if you don't answer.  But often indignation prevails and the opponent cannot contain his feelings, and this continues.  Better to overcome yourself and not answer.

It's not just your opinion at all. And it's been posted many times already before on different calculations, which you can easily do yourself.

Because base now is only 3/4 satoshi, and the max boost for free BTC is 1000%, so you only get 40 BTC extra per claim. Do this 24 times and you get only 480. Do the math. Not profitable.

RP rewards is constant, so it's always been profitable after 12 rolls.

By using the doubling strategy (it's also called as martingale strategy), you don't really increase your chance.

Would it be possible to add an option to completely exclude yourself from gambling (hi-lo, betting, lottery)? The only way to reactivate it should be through email and/or 2fa, maybe even allow to set a specific timeframe that can't be bypassed.

This would help with two things:

- It allows people with a gambling problem to put another barrier between them and their addiction

TheQuin already explained why a hacker would gamble with your money way better than I ever could. By the time you notice your account got compromised your coins might already be all gambled away and it would be nice to have another layer of security to protect yourself from that scenario.

And where did I say I don't want people to gamble? People can gamble their butt off for all I care, as long as they do it with money they can afford to lose. That's how the site makes a profit after all. What I do have a problem with is if a person with a mental health problem ruins their life and doesn't get access to any form of help.
