Is there any way that the Freebitco.in developers can add a feature where you can leave messages for your "downline" in your affiliates? I want to motivate my affiliates with rewards and bonuses, if they are active and I cannot communicate with them.

I even want to add a small Lotto for them, so if they are active.. they will be eligible for tickets for this Lotto? It might sound weird.. but I need to motivate affiliates .. and I cannot do it, if I do not have a way to communicate with them.  

A percentage of my rewards will go towards their rewards.... so they will be incentivized to be active and that will increase my rewards.

We have to leave our comfort zone, otherwise, we won't develop further. At first, no one likes new design because they prefer the old one that they know but what do you think about Youtube? Their whole design, including media player, youtube studio, etc, was dramatically changed compared to previos versions, especially compared to 2011 version, nothing to say about the first versions. Companies invest a lot of money in UX and also I think that there is a reason behind it. A combination of UI and UX attracts people along with the service company provides.
Despite the fact that Freebitco is really a great company, their website looks very old-styled and not a smooth experience for me.

Care to explain that more? Why don't you feel that this is a smooth experience for you?
Youtube is indeed an example where the rebrand pays off, but I think there are more examples that it doesn't always work.
To give an example: I am a member of a Dutch gambling platform, before the rebuild, they had the most active community around in chat and forum posts. After the rebuild, their activity dropped with more than 60%... People like traditions and if it is a complete rebuild and it doesn't work out well, than it can be game over.

Go to the "referral" option and you will see a list of the affiliates that are registered as your affiliates (You will not see the whole ID, but you can see the first part of their ID) - Freebitco.in is keeping a record of all the affiliates that are linked to each other, so it cannot be such a big deal for them to do this. 

They can still hide the full ID, but just give people extra privileges to communicate to people that are linked to their ID. It can also be restricted to 1 message a day, to prevent people from spamming other players. They can even limit the size of the message that can be send... AND also prevent scripts or Urls to be used.

Could you post a screenshot of that please? Because I'm sorry but this feature is not available for me, I think I know a little bit freebitcoin now and I wouldn't talk of something I am not aware of. The only information I get is the Bitcoin address of each referral and as you know you can't send a message to a Bitcoin address. So nobody is able to send messages to his referrals currently by any means.

The odds being higher would have mean that freebitcoin would have to give people rolex everyday all day. Think about it this way, you could get as much as ... 16 right? Well that means we are talking about 16 spins for each person with about over a thousand people, that is over 16 thousand rolls per day at max, and probably less because there hasn't been enough time but there will be a moment when tens of thousands of wheels will happen PER DAY, that is why it is low odds because in other case freebitco.in would have to give hundreds of rolex's per day and that just doesn't make sense financially.

This is why there is a low odd so that they would have a few at worst case for them (unless people all get lucky on same day) and that makes sense since it is a whole new thing and a few rolex would not bankrupt here, but hundreds of them per day certainly would hurt a ton.

As time goes, things change. What was trendy in past, isn't popular now. What do you think, would it be better today to see the same infrastructure that we had in 19th century? I guess, no. Rebranding pays off when it's done smartly. If you do rebranding that's worse compared to current situation, then company will experience the same thing that your dutch gambling platform experienced. If they just improved the aesthetics and didn't care about the user experience, then such a thing would fail.
Is User Experience good? This should be the major question for companies. The combination of UI and UX is something like a nice apartment with all the necessary things in the right place. Nice apartment feels bad when things are messed at home.
