That error has also happened to me, in fact, when I get those emails I don't open them because the same error appears, I have come to think that maybe they are automatic messages but that there are certain criteria that must be met so that it does not expire. In my account I had some inactivity for 1 week, after there the spins did not occur anymore.

I think that if there are accounts with some inactivity, the spins are not activated, that is the conclusion I reached.

Anything like that won't happen. I was inactive for few days too but haven't faced issue with free spins for the inactivity. Probably this issue isn't connected with the time synchronization of his device too. I have just tested it and not received any error message. But once I got error message like this without completing the spin fully. During that time, I clicked on the spin link and completed the captcha but unfortunately closed the tab without clicking on spin button. So IMO from the punters point of view most of those matches ended in a draw, and they've lost their bets even if they've bet on the underdogs.
