When you open the email box, there should be this message on top:

If you cannot see the email below, please click here to see the web version.

Click on the web version and it should redirect you to Freebitco.in's website. I clicked on one of my email and it redirected me to this URL - https://freebitco.in/?op=email_web_version&email_id=....................... Freebitco.in is the official website, so this means that email is 100% from Freebitco.in
You can also view the mail headers but I don't know which email service you use. Btw return path is @mail.freebitco.in, I believe it's 100% from Freebitco.in

I have stated many times that if you are unable to use the automated 2fa reset provided you need to message me a Bitcoin signed message either from the Bitcoin address you set as default on the profile page or an address you have previously deposited from. As we're an anonymous to use site we don't know who owns the account so messaging me offering to prove your identity isn't of any use.

Since I sent it using CashApp mobile app, how do I sign and send an email?
The signing and sending is new to me.

While it is just around $300 USD worth BTC, I DCA'd dollar by dollar so it'll be nice to have access to the account again.

Amidst a lot of things going on, I wanted to post a quick update on account recovery.
I tried Electrum but since the sending address was not of Electrum but a non custodial wallet like CashApp, I wasn't able to create a signed message using Electrum.

I then created a signed messaged in a format that some have shared in other threads and sent TheQuin a PM. I also added the original account opening email from 2020 and the deposit emails from September 2021.

Now waiting for an update, clinging to 1% hope to recover deposited BTC and FUN Tokens given other things I am reading about the website.

I don't think there are any problems with withdrawals. Some of the complaints here are deposit wallet addresses and such, I don't think anyone has complained about withdrawals, my friend recently made a withdrawal and there were no problems and it was processed well, but that doesn't mean we We have to put aside cases and user complaints which of course only representatives from Freebitcoin can answer everything, hopefully the problem will be solved soon so that there will be no more accusations and complaints that will give this site a bad reputation. People will probably leave this site if a bad reputation is marked on this site.

Sorry I might not have followed your problem from the beggining of its discussion, I want to believe that, you have tried contacting their customer care online, didn't you get a response from them too?

It's actually very bad that lately, freebitco has turned around to become one of the worst casinos in terms of customer service attending to issue from their customers.
But then on the other hand, with TheQuin suddenly going silent, I am afraid if things are really well with him in terms of being alive and in good health, because one thing we can confirm right now is that, the casino is not going through any financial challenge issue, if they were, I test that by now, they possibly should ended their signature ad campaign which is still running, and have been running for years now.

Let's pray and hope that TheQuin is alright in terms of health, if all is well, I trust that he will join the community again soon.

As for the ones who represent the site's reputation on this forum, it does not bode well for them if they refuse to answer their user's base question like this and completely ignore them completely.

I wouldn't invest anything in a site that does this to their users on a completely public open forum such as this one.

Once a site starts to emit strange and irrational things going on - on and off of here - here is definitely justification for all users of that site to be concerned to the max!

If my maths is right 34,688 tickets even though it sounds alot for winning 3 BTC is not a bad return on the likely cost of the tickets.    My guess of a possible low ticket amount winning is sadly not the case this time though I still believe its possible.

34k is an impressive number of tickets, and if this user earned these tickets by wagering, kudos to him! He certainly participated in most of the promotions, and I know that this Lambo draw lasts for 6 months, but still, this is an incredible number of tickets; therefore, we can assume that this user had a crazy time.

It might be interesting if Freebitco.in did some anonymous interview with the winners, of course if they are in the mood for such a thing. I would like to hear a few words from him, maybe a winner could share his experience, whether he is in profit after 6 months of gambling like this, and whether he will do it again.

Well that was the last round winner and it is the first time I see such a huge number to win the Golden Ticket draw because as far as I remember the number,the biggest number has been 107xx tickets in any round,still 3 Bitcoin is a great prize and it can be the sweetest one if you happen to have a lot of referrals and you only claim those benefits,it is a great situation.However I believe the winner of this last round to have been a huge gambler and to have gambled a lot or to have taken profit of these last Golden Ticket boosts that have been here lately with us,either way big congrats to anyone who wins 200.000 dollars.

Not doubting you though, but just for the sake of freebitco, and for those who are already doubting if this casino can still be trusted, maybe you just might want to post some proof of receipt of this funds from the site, a simple transaction hash or ID of the payment is enough, believe, there is absolutely no need posting wallet addresses and multiple screenshots all for the sake of providing a proof, a simple transaction ID is good enough..

This should prove to any one believing that freebitco is gradually losing their trustworthiness; that the casino is still onboard and running well, those who are complaining of not receiving their funds might have been a victim to some kind of scam or something.

Honestly, sometimes it can be very problematic to determine the real problem from another FUD, given that there were previously a huge number of newbies trying to abuse the freebitcoin site throughout the existence of this thread.
In any case, freebitcoin has had a good reputation for 10 years, and it's unlikely that they are going to spoil it. Moreover, the fact that they finally announced the winner of the 10th round of the Lambo lottery only shows that freebitcoin is still functioning normally, but they should still improve user support.

I have never had any problems with this website too. In the past I deposited lots of money and took it back every penny without a problem later on. I still have some coins there but not as big as it used to be. Only once my deposit arrived a bit late and it was due to the new wallet software as TheQuin explained to me via PM.

I am still trying to figure out how these people got hacked and I also want to see a statement from freebitco.in

Are these people lying? Were they really hacked? If so what was the cause? Is it patched? Is it safe now?

Just a few basic questions... and till I hear an answer I can't really recommend this website to anyone.
