I tried to send a PM but your settings won't let me as I'm a newbie here. I have sent quite a number of mails to support since september 2023 but got no response.

I made 2 deposits into my freebitcoin account on 01/09/2023, one of which has been added to my balance. However, the second deposit is still not in, despite all my attempts to reach support through the contact form provided on website.

I read on the website that problems with transactions take 8 weeks to resolve but this has lingered for over 6 months. Please help! I have never had this kind of issue with the website it’s so strange, I really need my money.

Hello. Recently, a gambling referral quit rolling a month or two ago (from what I can tell anyway). At this point I've accumulated around 45K reward points in my account. I've already withdrawn my referral earnings, but those RPs can't be converted to BTC and withdrawn until I reach the 100K point. I'm not a gambler, so gambling my way to the summit is a no-go. I don't have the time nor patience to use the free rolls to get there either, it isn't feasible anyway as I'd have to roll around 14,000 times to get to the finish line, assuming I earn 4 RPs per roll.

At this point, the best option of converting these RPs to something of value is via exchanging them to Wheel of Fortune spins. Here are my stats for my first 3 exchanges, each at 100 spins:

I often visit that site too but don't use it all the time, so I think we are clearly discussing the current bitcoin price movement which is still in an uptrend, there was no decline in the price of bitcoin on Monday as I thought the price was above $50k and that's it. has remained above that price level since this morning, so I can see that the price movement will remain at the prediction bet of $50,001 - $55,000 which is probably where many people bet at that price for betting on bitcoin price predictions.

There are only a few days left for us all to see the next bitcoin price movement, but it will be fun when the bitcoin price is above $55k or around $55,001 - $60,000 so with a fairly high odds outcome it will be even better even though it is a bit difficult but bitcoin price movements always give surprises as long as it is still in an uptrend everything will go up in the near future, Btw thank you for your suggestions and references so that I can see the Fear & Greed Index graph that you recommend.

This freebitco.in account is a bot which makes automatic posts on the forum. Unfortunatelly you aren't going to get a reply from it. You are facing a real nasty situation, but as far as I know the only way to access freebitco.in's support is through this forum and their official threads. They also have a Twitter account, but I don't know if it's possible to be replied there.

Freebitco.in needs to reinforce their support team with more members, because it's insanity to imagine someone may face a simple issue like that and still have to wait more than 6 months without any solutions and real time support... The way it is, it seems we have to pray to not encounter any issues on the individual sphere with the platform, rather only issues which affect the whole platform, so it's fixed with high priority.

I also experienced what you experienced some time ago, maybe more than two years ago, where I sent a complaint via their support email but never got any answer.
Usually casinos will use robots or so on to answer automatically that they have received a user complaint and will tell the user the time needed to resolve the complaint, but we don't get that at this casino.
It's just that at that time because my complaint could be resolved so the problem of their lack of response was not a problem again for me bacause after that never had issues, but casinos should not be slow in handling user complaints.

I would have waited anyway, from the daily emails you also get daily spins, and you never know what comes out of them. It always seems a long time to wait but, no harm waiting. You lose nothing and at the end of the day you might win big. No need to wait on your phone either to freeroll, just do it when you remember. For me, it's my start page so I don't even think of it it just pops up and I click, get on with it.

So while you are right that in bitcoins case that can be true, but we can't really say that it is true for ALL crypto currencies, only the top ranked ones.

I would probably prefer to withdraw all the FUN tokens to the exchange site and sell them to stablecoins rather than selling them in the form of BTC whose value is quite high for now so the exchange pair with BTC will definitely decrease not only FUN tokens but also other tokens and cryptos that have exchanges pair with BTC because of the difference in value which makes all prices go down, it is possible that if the BTC price breaks the $60k mark of course the price of FUN will fall further in value, maybe below 10 satoshi

Hello everyone, please I need everyone on this thread to help keep my case alive and relevant. It may not concern you but this could have happened to anyone. The freebitco.in team needs to do better in terms of customer support, it simply goes to show that they care less about the customers and if/when any of us here have personal issues with the platform it will not attended to with a sense of urgency. Please help me,  bring their attention to my complaints, it's been 6 months of mailing support with no answers (yes, absolutely no response). I am gutted by this, I really need my money at this time and no one is making any efforts to resolve my issue, I can tell.
Clearly, from other people's experiences as well the support team is dysfunctional and inadequate, this forum is my only resort. Please help me, if this becomes a rallying cry they cannot ignore or act like they do not see all my posts and messages. Help me please, I'm desperate to get back my money. Unfortunately, there is no indication that the FUN token will rise against BTC. If you look at the graph for all time, you can note that the FUN token price is now at its lowest level in the BTC equivalent.
As you said, there is a big spread between buying and selling FUN tokens on the freebitcoin site, and the problem is that this spread may become even bigger, i.e. it could be a complete disadvantage to users.

Now minus 17 hours from 24 hours, and we have 6 hours left, and to me, it's unrealistic to claim the faucet for a whole 17 hours in a day without missing a single turn, this is if we even disregard the fact that sometimes, one may not even be able to claim due to ip address issue.

Maybe you never redeemed the 'reward points' or other bonuses for 24 hours from the reward point prizes section. You will have around 7 hours left to sleep if you spent 1 hour in-total to claim the hourly faucet 17 times after redeeming the bonus. The IP address issue only occurs if you use public WiFi or multiple accounts. Claiming the faucet 14-17 times were normal for most of the users during those days, it wasn't unrealistic.

My experience of all tokens not just this one but generally the alt market outside of BTC relates to BTC/USD strength plus also the rate of change; this is generally true for 10 years or so it wont be a new thing especially.
  If this token is similar to others the hardest time is when BTC gains alot, thats alot of pressure like any currency appreciating it will depress many prices and make exchange less popular etc.    When BTC levels off as it always does because to gain this fast always would not be possible overall, the pressure is not quite so severe and all the things exchanged for BTC the alternate blockchains and so on are less under pressure in their pricing.

The big thing I remember that can really boom prices beyond any expectations and its ironic that during a decline in BTC or erratic behavior following a period of BTC gains prior, this will greatly benefit alternate tokens and prices of all the alternates to BTC in crypto.   Remember and judge all those things in the correct order and it can be very rewarding but Im not vastly worried about prices vs BTC when its so strong, its a given they will find it hard to hold ground when the main demand is BTC.
