It's ridiculous these pricks have still not been brought to justice. Still stringing us all along with their phoney explanation and timescales.
This is because nobody wants to go to the police to report them. People limit themselves to complaining on the forum. I, for example, am from a shitty country with a corrupt, incompetent government and a police force lacking resources. Since I stopped using this site many years ago, I haven't lost anything on it, only profited. So I have no reason to go to the incompetent police in my country to complain. But if I were a citizen of a European or US country and had lost money on this site, I would go to the police and wouldn't rest until they arrested the scammers. I know that the costs of lawyers versus the amount people lose most of the time discourage people from reporting these cases to the police. But at least I hope that people in the developed world, who earn a lot of money and have lost money on this site, will report this case to the police and the court. It's possible for the police in large countries to locate and arrest the scammer who owns this site.

It's possible for the police in large countries to locate and arrest the scammer who owns this site. This is provably the common reason on why this scam sites like them didn't get sued and they still have guts to continue what they do then ignore those affected people on their scams. Many people just decide to immediately move on that's why justice is so elusive and those criminals didn't get penalize on the scams they made online. Hopefully in future we could see lots of people got courage to report a scam on authorities, so we can also see those scammers got rotten in jail.

I don't think anyone here is still interested to use their casino for the token when several people are yet to receive their withdrawal for months. The only thing I know is the website is still active the last time I checked. And that means they know everything that is happening. And what arwin100 said is the best way to go about. If 5 or 10 scammed gamblers sue them to court, tangible results will come out.

If you’ve figured this out all by yourself, I don’t know why the authorities aren’t demanding an explanation from him. Apparently, according to his LinkedIn profile, he’s a bloke from India – his face is clearly visible in the profile picture. He must be hiding out in some tax haven with no extradition agreement or something, so he can keep running the site without processing withdrawals and with the token adverts. from @eaLiTy post in the investigation topic about him: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5580274.msg66773610#msg66773610it seems he has diplomatic immunity so that might be why authorities can't do anything to him, he already avoided jail time for stock manipulation thanks to that, so no wonder he doesn't give a fuck.

This is your problem right now in this post, you expect wrong thing from a wrong person, i.e. you expect apology from freebitco. The website got abandoned 2 years ago, owners do not even visit freebitco to post something. I'm afraid they are in prison or something bad is going on with them. It's also complicated and we don't really know how this website works because their PR manager was ignoring our responses, then she started replying, then they created a customer support account here, started acting like they were doing something but in the end, nothing happened. My point is that I do not expect anything from Freebitco. If anything positive happens, that will only be a good surprise for me but my hopes are dead, I buried them a long time ago in my mind.
Nothing happened to the owner except that he was richer for all that he had stolen in the meantime. The owner has been identified and there is a topic in Investigation with details, and apparently no one can do anything to him because he is a person with diplomatic immunity. He and his companions have already been caught in a major fraud in the country where he is currently located, but he managed to get away with it. He is a person with diplomatic immunity? Does this immunity give them a chance to run scams without getting charged for them? I thought that in such cases, they are declared as persona non grata by the country where they live and are required to leave the country immediately. By the way, wasn't Freebitco generating a good amount of money? Their house edge was very high compared to any other crypto casino. They even had two crypto casinos that were promoted through Freebitco. I don't really understand what they did and why they did. They could do much more profitable exit scam if that was the point.

@Synchronice, these data were published by a person who seems to be very well versed in the situation surrounding who owns this business. Considering that such data cannot be published anywhere except in the Investigation Board, I think you might find some answers there.
As far as I know, he was already saved by diplomatic immunity because he was caught with a fairly large group of scammers, and it is obvious that he has very good political connections that currently keep him outside the reach of the law. My guess is that things went downhill with this business right when it was discovered that he was involved in various shady dealings.
It is possible that the business was sold, or that everything was allowed to slowly deteriorate to the stage where it is now.

If 5 or 10 scammed gamblers sue them to court, tangible results will come out. Actually, he is talking about an application which can be downloaded from the Play Store, which allegedly can be played in order to get FUN tokens, it does not have anything to do (directly) with Freebitcoin. If the developing team behind FUN continues to launch applications, that means there is still a minimum of effort and will by them for this project to continue to advance forwards. Though, that does not mean we won't pay attention the possible link between them and the administration of Freebitcoin, since there can be people who are guilty of this scam also working within FUN...

I agree, their silence is frustrating. As we can see, their site is still up, so, there's some people working on it, and they should go here on bitcointalk, even if they have never been here before, and tell us at least something. Not showing up here is so immature. Guys working for freebitco.in, if you read this, please, say something.
I wonder what their purposes are not telling their reason and still silence. If they want to scam more people, well they have that chances but we can't let that happens and we will makes this thread active and be in the top searches in the search engine so people out there especially new people will aware. We warn those who want to use the site to leave immediately and not deposit any amount even for small amounts. This is what I really can't understand. How can they scam more people if they are not accepting deposits? They could if they had ads linking to some scam sites, but they don't have no ads on the site except one leading to Mad Bus Escape on Google Play. How exactly this kind of activity can lead to scamming anyone?

Some people in this thread reported that they were able to see their deposit addresses occasionally and the closure announcement wasn't displayed to them. I don't know whether they are still doing the same thing, though.

Does there any possibility that they suspended deposits according to enforcement from authorities, but they still try to scam some users by showing them a deposit address and ignore to notify them about suspending deposits. The real question is how users still find this site despite it runs no ads campaigns and many complaints everywhere online. Checking the last twenty pages, even more, all posts are discussing how this casino is a scam.

You're right. A few days ago, I visited the website. The first time, the page displayed a notice saying that the site had been shut down. However, after I refreshed the page once, the shutdown notice disappeared, and the Deposit and Withdraw buttons appeared instead. I refreshed the page several more times, and after that, the shutdown notice was displayed again each time. Could they have configured the website to show the shutdown notice in some cases, while displaying the Deposit and Withdraw buttons in others based on certain user actions — for example, after refreshing the page a specific number of times?

If you search for "free bitcoin" in Google, this website will appear as the first result. You will also see freebitco on the second page, if you search for "How to get free bitcoin". Could they have configured the website to show the shutdown notice in some cases, while displaying the Deposit and Withdraw buttons in others based on certain user actions — for example, after refreshing the page a specific number of times?
Maybe. We don't know what's going on behind the scenes.

It's unlikely that Google will remove their website from the search results if they allow scam ads on YouTube featuring famous deepfake personalities. Google employees themselves are behind this, since anyone can send scam emails using their google.com and youtube.com domains. There are a lot of similar posts on Twitter

I've already tested it, and if you refresh the page ten to eighteen times the message will disappear, every ten to eighteen times you refresh the page. but I also think that new accounts with no activity, for example when the account has just been created, the message should not appear, I believe that someone here has already done this test....

See this post. jammers created a new account and was able to get deposit address. This doesn't necessarily mean that new accounts can make a deposit. Their closure message appears and disappears from time to time regarless of you whether you have an old account or a new account.

Either Google does not care about their users getting scammed or they actually get so many advertising proposals and they cannot filter scams out effectively as they are supposed to. Since Freebitcoin had operated with no problems for so many years and there was no need for Google to exclude them from their search engine, I doubt they will do it now that there are problems of liquidity. In the end, it is all a business for both Google and Freebitcoin, those who are misinformed and gullible are the ones who lose their money.

They can use other ways that we don't know yet so more victims will interest and start deposits money to play.
