Why are you so sure that price of crypto will grow in the future? I believe that it could go both ways.
There are cases when holding is wrong way to go, in situations like that bailing out is smart thing to do, but everything depends on the situation. It is hard to distinguish when its time for bailing and when its time for holding. But you are right, most people act based on their emotions and sell when its time for holding and other way around. Things are not just black and white, there are gray areas also.
