Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Far better to buy coins which have passed on ICO and now are on execution level. Coins like PRG, CAN and DRGN are such ones. Priced low and are going to execute their milestones. These are far more suggestive than ICOs. What is the best altcoin from ico

If it's among alternaternative coins,I think etherium is the best altcoin. Etherium is believed to be next to Bitcoin which is the top crypto for a long time. Etherium may not have the largest market value among altcoins but its large community of users is its biggest advantage. It is a good to invest altcoin because the market value of it is now low due to the continuous dumps early this year and for having a high chance to recover later this year. |

the best altcoin is a promising altcoin. it's ripple, dash, bitcoin cache ..some altcoins are almost equal to bitcoins for capitalization, and those that have not yet gained weight often show such rates of growth and income that no other investment in the world can argue with this.

My preferred best altcoin in the crypto mrket is no other than Ethereum. I think that it's platform allows for the creation of decentralized applications. I believe that the ETH as a currency is more flexible with the developers and it has definitely attracted major tech players such as Microsoft and Intel which I think this will further grow in the coming years to come. I would suggest that ETH is a good potential coin for investment.

It is quite difficult to chose 1 coin from around 5,500 altcoins which are being actively traded now. I guess, by "best" altcoin you mean the one which has the potential to give the maximum returns, and not the one which is backed up by the best technology? In that case, I'd go with NEO.
