Today I tried sending PM and an email, again.... I still have a paid & open order at AlphaHPC.com for K16 boards+assembly and just want to know what the options are. Did anyone else have contact with Steve lately?

This time I received a quick and correct answer on my email, Steve is working on a solution offering an amount of hashrate of KnC machines; based on the amount paid. Sounds fair to me

So, the calculation should look something like this:

One KnC share is 16.5 GH/s for $215
=> 215 / 16.5 = $13 for 1 GH/s

Now we take BTC price from a day on which KnC was ordered by Steve.
And we can calculate how much GH/s we should get depends on how we invest.

Please correct me if my calculations are wrong

I bloody hope not!

I paid about 30btc for a product quoted in BTCBTCBTC, and about 10btc for products quoted in USD (the boards).

According to the calculations I get at least 2538GH/s for what I paid for the avalon chips & at least 66GH/s for what I paid for the boards.

PLEASE STEVE, TELL US WHERE WE STAND!!!

Post what he send you. It sounds like ctrl+c ctrl+v what he send us 40 days ago.

Today Steve wrote to me, that KnC should be delivered on 7th december.

They were escrowed with John K, but he gave the BTC to t13Hydra anyway...

Hmm... I sent a message over 2 weeks ago and no reply. Also tried to contact through the web page.

Good that I didn't have a big amount in it.

I got absolutely no info about that KnC thing until I read it from here. So by what rate are the BTC supposed to convert to shares..?

I'm based in the UK and have some familiarity with one of the legal options available- I spoke to a solicitor about an order from a shop in Belgium that was taking way over the expected waiting period. There is a European Payment Order which may be appropriate. It's cheap to initiate as I understand, but we may be missing some information required.

This is the last thing I want to do as I'd much rather see people made as whole as possible without bringing the state into this.
