I really prefer to hold all of my coins rather than to sell it with a very low price on the market and eventhough the market is not full recover i am still sure that it will recover before this year will end so we should have a long patience on holding our coins.

Your understanding of this is very limited and fundamentally flawed. By holding in a prolonged bear market you're not literally losing money but purchasing power because your coins are losing value. People are saying to hold and never sell at a loss because they believe in BTC and that this bear market is only temporary. That's what I believe too, but holding doesn't make you safer or smarter than the rest. What if the market keeps declining and right before it's about to recover something bad happens, like another blockchain bottleneck or a series of hacks? You'll end up waiting another 5-10 years for a recovery.

Absolutely, you're just adding to the dump if you sell your bitcoin right now with its price condition. Don't panic, its is not yrt the end, bitcoin will revover from this loss, so you beter hold it for now and wait for the price of bitcin to rise up, just always think positive.

I agree of not selling it very soon as you invest your money and I think the best thing to do is to wait until the market goes up, I mean the price of bitcoin rise this months to come in this year. Better to make some more patience of eating in your investments to grow as it increase or decrease in the following days and months.

What you're referring to is the opportunity cost of holding in a bear market. Well this is also my strategy, i dont also plan to sell all of my bitcoin now because the value is low and i know that i will be stupid if i will sell my bitcoin now. And now i am also planning to buy again some bitcoin that i will hold until the value will rise.
