ETH prices are down very low. Is this the right time to all in ETH?

It is the right time to invest into ETH because of it's low prices but I don't think it is the right time to go all in on it. It would be better to diversify in many coins to lessen risk of losing money and increase the chance for profit. IMO all coins are on sale right now because of the current bearish trend that we have seen. It would also be a good idea to buy some bitcoin and other top coins with potential too.

I think there is still is not a good time to invest in the ETH, but if you are a trader in the day, and then you can buy some ETH, I think there may be a sharp rise in the short-term,  however longer term is still in decline.

If you have fiat then yes it is definitely the best time to but it as it is very low, the price right now is very far from the all time high so if the next bull run come then you can generate quite a lot of profit. Eth also has a solid fundamental so it is definitely a good choice to pick if you want to go long.
