Lol, I'm also confused on what is happening at the market. Eth dump seriously, now it is recovering. There are so many things that may affect the volatility of eth, news and rumors are one of them. Anyhow, I can see tremendous potential and and also see a positive feedback for the next days..

I guess this happen because of crowd's panic. People bought BTC for $ 19k  see it's decrease to $ 10 k , sell it, and that caused  BTC go down even more.

there are too many reasons, factors and strings that affects the crypto market to crash and it's really indeed hurtful that most of the investors and holders aren't gaining profits anymore due to massive decline of the crypto market capitalization.
There's nothing wrong on holding our crypto assets and waiting for the crypto market to recover and when it happens then surely all of us will get higher amount of rewards because we choose to not to let go of our crypto assets but instead wait and observe how the market recovers.

normally if there's huge decline then people are suspecting the whales are responsible for the the game.
although partly true but I don't think someone or some groups are manipulating it because this year there are full of FUDs and FOMOs that been affecting the entire crypto market to fall over 70% from it's highest market cap this early January before the market declined continuously.
the only option I Have is to hold my Crypto Assets and not to sell them off out of panic.

It's because there are too many whales that cashed out and took the profits. The price may not rise for this moment but I'm sure that it will be back somehow. The impact that was caused by the whales was followed by the small time holders and they are many who also helped to add an impact for the massive panic selling.

Imagine that the red that you are seeing is actually green so you can go about your day. You surely knew there was going to be a correction and FUD. Nothing unusual is happening. After good run we have to have correction ad this is what we have recently.
The best advice I can give is don't check your holdings too often.

Too much manipulations obviously because these financial instutions wants to take down the bitcoin's value so that they can buy more cheap bitcoins before the great pump will happen,because historically april is the start of the bull season that is why these institutions are dumping the market all the time,getting ready to get bullruns.

I think the problem is that they are too many new investors who has absolutly no idea from investing. THey buyed some coins because of the mainstream media hype, and now they see the correction and they selling everything with lose to save their money. And they are alday new fud and fomo news who are making a lot of panic. So actually theres a totally anarchy in the cryptomarket and nobody really knows whats going on. Correction is a normal and inevitable phenomenon in a fair market. Growth can not be permanent, especially if we are talking about such crazy interest that gives us a crypto currency. I think after this correction we will see a more smooth growth, as a result of which we will reach past highs.

My own understanding about the current situation is about the reason behind why this is happening is because this is part of the business controlling by the whales in order to have new investors and weak holders will gone and another comes while whales are enjoying.

The market has been attacked by banksters, cartels, and central power and this creates a lot of FUD in the space. People are influenced by those events and panic sellers, weak hands, and speculators remove their money from the space.

Then the whales and people with a huge capital increase their position and repeat the cycle.

Do not panic and HODL!

Yep that really is it, there are a lot of player that has the capacity to manipulate the system or the market.
These players have a lot of strategies at their disposal to remove yourself from the common trust imposed to the coin. And if they succeed many will lose confidence and sell their assets out of panic, and impact market price.
So yes, do not panic just hold it.

If I may ask can someone tell me the cause of this price fall?  I can't scan my wallet again because each time I  do I get more discouraged.

There were some reasons behind all of that bearish trend,

1 We were getting big bullish at the end of last year and we are getting bearish trend at this year, it makes sense at all since crypto is a wild market.
2 Mtgox trustee was dumping a lot of bitcoin to the market.
3 EOS team was dumping a lot of ethereum after mtgox trustee was doing it at bitcoin market.
4 regulation rumor from G20 to ban crypto and many more.
