This is really sad situation, but i believe the crypto market will possible to rise again to the high price in next year or more because the technology will upgrade and will be more adoption of crypto.

Well confidence is quite low obviously and people prefer to just watch from the sidelines and hold whatever coins they have. We need a catalyst to start a good run but i don't think there'll be any soon. I don't really consider etf approvals as real caralysts for recovery.

I agree with you that better to hold because growing market will begins now but I don't think it will continue to fall because that is the time when the market are really ready to jump high and if the people push it and support bitcoin ... At present situation it is better to hold on the good coins and sell off the worthless coin or which you feel will not have any future . This price also can be buying more as it quite low in value and hold on till market rises in coming time and sell once you achieve your target price .
