Just copy it after getting the last message or wait 360 before posting (and avoid receiving the first message) and the message will most likely get posted.

What do you mean? There is no newbie restriction now. Just wait 6 minutes after registering your account, you can already make a post anywhere as you like.

yes a bunch of rules for newbies are really fucked up on this site.. I had account before and for some reason I can not login to it now, so I had to open new one.. and now I have to struggle my ass off to be able to send a message to the guy that is doing some bullshit with his bitcoin business against the whole community, without being able to let the community know about it.. not gonna look in here, so if you want to tell me something, send a priv mess..

There is no rules for newbies anymore. You can post anywhere now, but everybody still has the time limits.

If the problem you are having is the "360 seconds" error, you just need to wait for 360 seconds between your posts. Actions like logging in, signing up and searching will reset the timer, thus you cannot make a post right after your login.

I get the exact same issues as the author of this thread, both of them. This is very annoying and frustrating. The limit is not at all reasonable or friendly: if logging in or preview counts. The error message that you already posted when you have not -- is very confusing. Someone should fix this. The unfriendly first impression, and encountering unusual severe user interface bugs when trying to make a first post... is probably chasing off a lot more potential contributors than just bothersome spammers.

Just wait the 360 seconds, once you are a member that goes away.
The limit never goes away, but the time will be shorter with higher activity level. You just need to get 15 activity, and the time limit will be down to 75 seconds. What are the time limits on posting and the levels?? I know 360 seconds are for new people like me, but was wondering if there was break down somewhere on this.
waittime = 360; if(activity >= 15) waittime = (int)(90 - activity); if(activity >= 60) waittime=(int)(34.7586 - (0.0793103 * activity)); if(activity >= 100) waittime = max((int)(14-(activity/50)), 4);

I keep trying to post here. Whenever I do, I get an error saying something like "The last posting from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. Please try again later." This is true even if I haven't posted at all.
Then, when I try posting again, it said "You already submitted this post! You might have accidentally double clicked, or tried to refresh." and wouldn't let me post it.
Unfortunately, despite all that, it doesn't look like my post was submitted at all. It still says I have 0 posts in my profile, and I can't post anywhere but here. So I'm trying again. :|
Same problem here I guess this was all because we are still newbies. Wait until we become a member

Restrictions are truly annoying - surely there must be a better way to fight spammers?
