Hello everyone.  The 2.2.1 release of the QT wallet is available for download at https://github.com/RavenProject/Ravencoin/releases

This release improves the wallet sync speeds and addressed a potential chain split bug.

addnode = 74.56.255.125: 8767
 addnode = 198.211.113.11: 8767
 addnode = 76.71.180.97: 8767
 addnode = 136.49.8.202: 8767
 addnode = 108.26.24.84: 8767
 addnode = 75.157.37.89: 8767
addnode = 35.163.33.254: 8767
 addnode = 35.210.244.221: 8767

2 ways :

1 / By editing the config file

Add these lines on the raven.conf file :

  • Windows XP : C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Raven\raven.conf
  • Windows Vista, 7, 10 : C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Raven\raven.conf
  • Linux : /home/<username>/.raven/raven.conf
  • Mac OSX : /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Raven/raven.conf

If this config file doesn't exist, create it.
Once the config file edited, restart your wallet.

2 / Or in the wallet GUI

Go the "Help" menu, then "Debug window".

https://virtopia.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/ravencoin-wallet-sync-fix02-300x187.jpg

To add a node (for ex. 198.211.113.11:8767), type : addnode 198.211.113.11:8767 add then press ENTER. You will get "null" as response. Do it for each node.

Updated nodes

  • addnode=198.211.113.11:8767
  • addnode=159.65.75.253:8767
  • addnode=73.177.146.141:8767
  • addnode=51.38.125.24:8767
  • addnode=68.109.145.132:8767
  • addnode=35.234.7.240:8767
  • addnode=136.49.8.202:8767
  • addnode=209.246.143.122:8767

i think its time to invest on RVN the current price is very cheap 320 - 350 satoshi
im sure RVN can raise again to 800 - 1000 satoshi so i think its better to buy and hold for the long term

 You can now mine Ravencoin at  autoexchange mining pool Zergpool.com at 0.5% fee. Please use following commands for different mining options

 Option 1 Auto coin switch by profitability within algorithm with payment to wallet
Code:
-o stratum+tcp://x16r.mine.zergpool.com:3636 -u <YOURBTCWALLET> -p c=BTC

 Option 2 Direct coin mining to coin wallet
Code:
-o stratum+tcp://x16r.mine.zergpool.com:3636 -u <YOURRVNWALLET> -p c=RVN,mc=RVN

 Option 3 Direct coin mining with autoexchange to specified coin wallet
Code:
-o stratum+tcp://x16r.mine.zergpool.com:3636 -u <YOURBTCWALLET> -p c=BTC,mc=RVN

 Please note mc stands for mining coin symbol, c stand for payout coin symbol

The short story of Ravencoin/FLO scam:

1) Issue shitcoin or find a dead one (FLO)
2) OSTK scammers announcing they got some bag of it
3) Shills everywhere mentioning t0, OSTK, medici
4) OSTK and t0 never deny obvious bullshit claims of the shills but also never directly participate in a pump
4) Pump followed by dump (where probably OSTK unloaded bag)
5) t0 got rekt, OSTK got rekt finally, RVN got rekt.

I like that you say that exactly when RVN is pumping. Pretty obvious you are trying to spread FUD.

Sorry dude, you have no credibility to me.

Also made a small research on all your posts, it's only TROLL POSTS. Yeu really have no life dude. You are a pro in shilling and spread negativity. In all your posts I checked, nothing is positive, sad life in your mom's basement?

Now that the asset layer has been live for several months now, i’m very interested to know if there have been any tokens that have actually been used for anything.

Can someone fill me in, are there any projects currently that use the RVN token system?

Today I have sinc my wallet and there are 10 assents from www.ravenland.com. Can anyone tell me whats that?

It is a project that is using this asset they created to advertise as well as test some faucets and functionalities.  They are a pretty cool project.  They just did a test to send their token to every address on the raven chain some time ago.  Looks like you have 10 addresses that were active on the chain some time before the snapshot.

You can go to their website to learn more and they have a nice discord too. https://www.ravenland.org/

I would just ignore them or you can send them to burn address.  Future wallet updates should allow you to ignore or auto burn.

From their website if you don't want to go (and I am in no way affiliated with them, just willing to help any project using ravencoin) -

"What is RAVENLAND?
Ravenland aims to implement a blockchain asset layer which is optimized specifically for the use case of transferring land or other physical assets or agreements, such as tokens from one holder to another in a safe and secure manner utilizing the ravencoin network.

We want to use Ravencoin to sell slices of land or to transparently and seamlessly manage the co ownership of building assets using Raven signed digital blockchain keys, which assist both buyers in securing a share of larger assets and assists sellers in securing the liquidity of larger assets not usually purchasable by a single buyer instantly and online.

This we feel would give the market a much wider region of trading, create a fairer, more fluid market liquidity and grant the new ability to trade existential assets of physical worth digitally 24 hours and 7 days a week without restriction, overcoming all borders via the token asset model, something we do not believe has been done before, and something which we believe will go a long way to revolutionizing the estate and land assets industries.

The middle men better watch closely or risk being left behind!
Welcome to RavenLand."
