Its depend. But that is right for people bought ALtcoin at high price and they stuck with that price. Altcoin price depends on BTC's price and as you see, BTC's price is too low and downed continuously day by day, following the decrease of Altcoin's price. Their altcoin had been declined its price by BTC's price and they got a "double loss" because, unfortunately, BTC's price also downed by USDT. However, I still believe in this market, currently, most of altcoin is at "bottom price" and its a great time for traders to buy with cheap price and of course, in the future, its price will be pumping strongly :d
