Well it can be. It always can be but it will be too hard for another currency to get that position because today almost all of the online earners are basing on the capability and the value of bitcoin the idea also of bitcoin will get you the idea to invest into it.

My answer to the principle is: NO
Bitcoin is money, the value of money is built on confidence, tradition and security, attributes that Bitcoin offers easily. The analogy between Bitcoin and social networks is completely incorrect, people think that Bitcoin is an myspace that will be replaced by facebook. It turns out that Bitcoin is money and not a social network, so this comparison is completely wrong.
Most of mankind's wealth resides in vaults for hundreds of years, so the circulating medium is derisory close to it. Why are we going to need fast, no-fee coins if we can use paper money and banks? Bitcoin's purpose is to be a safe asset, scarce and superior to gold. What is behind Bitcoin is the fact that no politician can steal you through taxes or inflation, there is nothing safer than Blockchain and Bitcoin. So far no technologically superior currency has emerged to Bitcoin to the point of provoking an abyss between technologies and will hardly emerge.
BUY BITCOIN TODAY AND ALWAYS.
In the near term it seems unlikely, but in the long run it is possible, because the price of crypto is determined by the market, and if many people believe in other coins then bitcoin will not be number 1 anymore. |

Considering its popularity and the utility as used by companies and common investors I think it will not be outdated by any currency. What I do believe is bitcoin being even upgraded. I think I heard rumors about this but I am not that certain.
I think bitcoin will not be cross any others county economic drops but is can connect many types of users it means a bonding will automatically created by crypto currencies so the topic is in positive thing. |

nuh it is not difficult to change from bitcoin to other alt coin , we all know that bitcoin is not perfect and still has many correction to be done If most of the whale holders dump their bitcoin trust me bitcoin could be back again at $100. |

Bitcoin is simple, and that's what people like. People want to store value, move value back and forth, and if possible, at low cost. Altcoins have been offering all sorts of gimmick features throughout the years, but 95% of the people aren't interested in using these features at all, which once again points out that it there is no such a thing as Bitcoin being outdated.
Another aspect I see people complain about, is that Bitcoin's transaction fees are so expensive while altcoin fees are so insanely low. Roger Ver did that too, and he even made fun of Bitcoin various times in his streams as well. People should understand that the only reason altcoins are able to offer cheap transaction fees is because barely anyone is using their networks. High fees = high demand for block space. Low fees, or even no fees = low to no demand for block space (ie, coin is practically redundant). While I don't like altcoins, I do like their presence and the global interest in them. It's impossible to point out exactly, but the altcoin market makes sure a very large number of Bitcoins are taken out of direct circulation, and that makes sure there will only be more coin scarcity in the coming years. In other words, booming altcoin market is great for Bitcoin as well.
I agree with some of your points mate. While the general rule is that Bitcoin is the leading cryptocurrency at the moment, no one knows how long it can reign. There are so many different coins in the market that one can't discern how others would unfold. One coin, for all we know, could gain so much support and that support transcending to transactions can really bring that one coin alive. Bitcoin is the pioneer, so it is expected that it would be the first to gain attention, support and it would also be the trial for all users of cryptocurrencies today that has led to its quick rise. If a coin would take the same path, then undeniably, it can come to a point when it can beat Bitcoin. |

Bitcoin is the basis of all coins so I don't think any coin can outdated or surpass bitcoin..its the first one of a kind bitcoin that's why they name it as...the king of all but any coin can be promising and hold potential and good profit someday.

Bitcoin is the oldest coin of the market and even now kids know about it. The fame that bitcoin has earned is not easy to reach by any other currency. People are well aware of the fact that bitcoin is the leading currency and rest all are depending on it for their pumps and dumps. I am pretty sure about the fact that it would stay the king of the market forever. It is diamond in real world, not gold at all. |

To my mind, it will take a while for different cryptocurrencies to get competetive enough to overcome the bitcoin. The advantage that bitcoin has is the fact that it was created about 10 years ago.

I think yes. There are many good cryptocurrencies which are better than bitcoin. They provide many things which bitcoin does not have. Bitcoin is a old but new coins are performing better. Next decades will belong to cryptocurrency. Bitcoin will become gold while other coins will become currency

new currency that are growing but as I see to the new currency they are always a part of bitcoin because as I noticed even they are new currency they particularly engage to get down once the price of bitcoin goes down and when it goes up it also follow that's why it is hard to people to trusted other new currency to invest their money.

Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency that becomes successful and becomes the most expensive and most popular crypto that’s why bitcoin will not be outdated by another cryptocurrency. Even there a lot of issues that are now happening about bitcoin and affecting its price bitcoin is still the king of all cryptocurrency in the field of popularity, demand, amount and capability.  |

my answer is YES for sure. many years ago humans used fur as a currency,but things changing every day and one day bitcoin will be just useless, it is already useless for using as payment because of big prices for transactions |
