Really? You only knew about this? Coins that are distributed in airdrops in 90 percent of cases never come to the stock exchange. To all this, some people want to get your private key for wallet hoping for your inattention.
Yeah and that coin is just become trash in our wallet. That is one of the purposes of dev airdrop and some stalkers. That's obviously happen on last year, which so many people input their private key on the sign up form.

I wouldn't really call them scams as I'm not investing anything but my time. Some of them end up paying well though like a few I'm participating in now. You just have to research the project before spending your time participating in their drop or ico. Reading their wp , checking out their site is a good place to start before investing your time on the coin. But yes, a lot of airdrops these days are worthless.

All things considered, I consider most airdrops are in reality tricks and notwithstanding for those that do give airdrops, they are not worth much. Be that as it may, I benefited get airdrops as of late. For instance, airdrops from Havven gave me $150 worth of tokens so's not awful. Furthermore, I do get better than average sum around $10-20 for some, airdrops including ChainLink. Things being what they are, that is not all that awful. Considering that you apply to 100, which takes around 2 minutes for every each, and you can get 10% that are genuine. It very well may be very beneficial. also, Do not join any airdrops that has been publicize through wire uncommonly when bot do the reports on new airdrops around, since their is no verification that the ICO exists nor genuine, yet don't construct your 99% allegation base with respect to your discussion alone.

Unfortunately, most airdrops are scam or worthless right now.
One or the other airdrop is worthwhile, but to find it is difficult.
Thats why i'm not looking any further.

Wouldn't really call them scams, just shit coins that don't sell during their ICO so you don't get tokens worth any money.

There is really a lot of scam airdrop on the market this year. . Last year was really good airdrop campaings. There have been many airdrop campaigns that are not scam this year. So i dont think, %99 of all airdrops scam. I think, %80-85 of all airdrops scam.

Yes, but it's only partly so. The fact is that most of the projects that are arranged by airdrops are not going to deceive you at all, they simply can not collect the necessary amount of investments in order for their project to survive. that's why I advise you not to waste time on this now.

The title of this thread is bit provocative, but the fact is that most people have a bad experience with airdrops. According to several airdrop hunters I spoke to, the majority ICOs don't pay out at all.

What's your experience with airdrops? Did you get scammed most of the times?

Airdrops cannot be a scam by definition, since nobody pays anything to get the free token. However, it is true that most of airdrops are a total loss of time because there is basically no project behind, just the intention of the devs to make some free money for themselves.

Yes there are many airdrop scams this year and i feel bad on that like I've joined lots of airdrops this year 2018 but seems no profit at all. i don't think if airdrops is good way to make profit cause i started to have a doubt and believing that airdrops is waste of time.

It is because you do not check information before doing. Do not blame anyone. Scam always exists but you can minimize it. With me, it's about 30% scam. LOL !

Now, if I was arguing about the statistics on ICO, and there was a place for discussion, here is a pure lie. You understand that the statistics are not the same.

not all airdrops are trick but rather for the most part, just few are genuine, fortunately the individuals who get a high estimation of tokens yet now and again you get a little estimation of tokens however in any event its free. You simply should be watchful what you join for the most part they just need to get your data like email address so they can send you a phishing email.

Not a 99% all airdrops are a scam but  i could say there are so many scams airdrops are going around so for people who love to participate in airdrops you have to carefully choosing on what you are going to participate.

Well it depends on the participants , most of them when they see an airdrop they are quickly grabbing it without knowing about the projects backgrounds . The problem is with the participants be more picky it is always good to remember quality over quantity dont waste your effort be smart bro

I believe there are still good airdrops available out there but finding a good one is not an easy task at all. I lost all my interest in airdrops before due to bad experiences and never got any payment or rewards at all. After doing my part of the deal I didn't get anything at all. I believe airdrops before was more profitable but now it is not worth my time.

Though I haven't participated in many airdrops! If I count, then I think I have joined in 20 Airdrop campaigns. Five was very successful, but they all are not available now, because they scammed! I participated in Ibtc, litecoin gold, Rebel, Bitcoin White Airdrops, I mean this airdrop was hit. At this moment, Ibtc and litecoin gold scammed. So, I can say not 99% Airdrops are a scam, there has some good airdrop campaign, but their rewards are too little nowadays!
