Well it seems they were able to predict when the price was going to begin to go up again but we still do not know if this is a bull run, if it is then this happened a lot sooner than what I expected but I'm happy about it, but if that is not the case then that gives to us a lot more time to get more capital and buy bitcoin for a huge discount.

It's currently in increasing pattern now. I do agree in some level that this tax thing is one of the factor that people will focus on investment after its done.
