You're right. Incognito is a mixture of the best projects available today.  Monero is the leading privacy coin.  
i2p doesn't exist yet in any workable coin - soon to be released through incognito. it will add a new layer of privacy

I got some idea of the roadmap from the website. thanks. If I understand correctly i2p will be integrated as a layer into the coin without having to manually set it up like tor. regards micropayments, I believe that requires mass adoption of the coin.

Looked into it further. ANC is Asics mineable. But it does have i2p and thor layer.

The differentiation will come through over the next few months
Ultimately at launch the base is monero - selected as that is the best privacy coin available today
But will go off in a different direction over time

Bear with the coin as it go through different phases (3 days in) some of these coins have been evolving for a few years

Yes 10% is more than 0% (There is no ICO and incognito is self funded)
However, it is small in comparison to the 50-60% by ripple, and also dash and many other mass-adopted coins in top 100

For now we are waiting to see what happens with the Monero situation.  ASIC is not always bad as it protects against 51% and can secure the integrity of the blockchain
