Hi all - we will be undertaking a hard fork over the next few days.  Mainly a change in supply from 888,888,888,888 to 888,888,888.
This is a division of 1,000.   Your % ownership will remain.  But the quantity of coins will be reduced.

In today's terms if you have 500,000,000 coins you will have 500,000.

Mining rewards will be divided by 2,0000.

In today's terms - that means if the mining reward is 1,300,000 it will become 650.  (1,300 / 1000) / 2

The continual feedback from exchanges and the community was (1) supply is too high (2) mining is too easy. (compare the mining reward today vs. turtle coin with a higher total supply)

This resulted in some high profile exchanges rejecting our submission to their exchange.  Re-acceptance conditional based on reducing supply and reducing mining reward.

This will also solve the dumping of coins very early in the launch of the project.  In the first 3 days $1,500,000 worth of coins were dumped with 0 buyers.

After the fork, this $1,500,000 will become $1,500  ($1.5 mil divided by 1,000). The price will thereafter increase significantly and natural market dynamics should start to take effect.

More exchanges will open up further stimulating the currency growth.

No coins will be lost. The process of the fork is to;

Change the mining reward
Change the supply number
Update the wallets

After this has occured, the original balances /1,000 will be reflected in your wallets.

So basically the price should have been 1000 sat instead of 1 sat, and people
are stupid enough to sell their old INC below 10 sat ... you should remove
all your sell order below 500 sat if you want to create some real order book,
meanwhile  it's a good time to avearge down by buying all sell orders below 500 (it's 8 for now lol)

its a shame - i did really like the huge number of coins.  it made this coin stand out and i was proud this one

this coin was easily 1sat but inside i had high hopes it would reach at least two digits (which i felt was easily doable).  however, now we need it to reach 1000sat to match previous 1 sat price.  possible, i do believe in this coin.  but ive also many other coins which sadly havent blossomed yet.

still believe in and will continue to support - keep up the great work.

p.s: worth setting up a discord chan, seems most projects are using this over telegram?

Thanks for the feedback. Yes we also wanted the high supply.

But unfortunately the exchanges were not as open minded, and we had to revise our initial plans inline with their requests.

The good news is the price has increased and will continue to increase for early miners/investors.

(On the other side, 1 sat was only achievable due to the 8 digit BTC limitation/artificial floor price.  As soon as INC was paired with Dodge, Dime, or another pair the price would drop below 1 sat.  Stronghands is an example of this.  The same could happen to Turtlecoin if it pairs with non BTC).

If this goes through the price should start to go up naturally.
