you dont need to stressed out of yourself, your holding is suddenly went down its price, you wont lose anything if you just hold it. you can wait for the next pump of your holdings, and then sell it. but as of now, which all altcoins are dump, dont sell it.

Better not look into your portfolio for some weeks and once market recover than have a look at your portfolio. Normally I just reduce time spend on crypto trading when the market is down.

investing is up and and down win or lose. only invest what you can afford losing. don’t invest too much and end up hurting too much. how much you invest is up to you. if you win, you are lucky. if you lose, good thing you are still alive. you can still invest back and win.

going to vacation is a good idea but you still need to have money to go to some places and if you are getting lose, then I hope that you still money to go vacation. There are risks involve in investing and there is a possibility of losing your investment. So just like what the others say, invest what you can afford to lose. Don't feel down if you have failed investment. Use it as a lesson so that you will be successful the next time around.
