that's why i always standby a plan b that is continous trading ,when long term invest like bitcoin or eth goes down

I don't mind so much my losses, especially these days when the entire market is really bleeding. No matter how you jump from one coin to another, there is still blood. And so I shifted to HODLing. Actually, to better cope with my losses, it would be better if I will buy a lot of the same coins or other equally solid coins while the prices are low. But then I have very limited resources so I would rather wait for the market to become strong again.
