I use eth for wallet , airdrop , Ico , And i am also holding eth because i believe that ethereum will pump soon enough , very close now . Ethereum is been running for years and still may ico use this . And the best thing that the fees are adjustable which you could set to low to have low fees.

most of my personal ETH use cases were ICO's, a lot of ICO's  But it is only mine, there is a lot of real use cases of it and a lot of real and working projects, private forks, and private networks built on Ethereum network, etc., so i think that this coin will live forever, i wish it, definitely.

I am usually using ethereum in trading because some exchange these days requires ethereum rather than bitcoin. However, I still believe that ethereum is worth for a long term hold so I am holding mine. I am also using it in some transactions as a mode of payment whenever I don't have bitcoin left and it's all worth it.

There are lots of uses of Etherium as you say there are many more uses outside of the example. Etherium is more used than other tokens. For example, if you buy any ico, most of the time I have to buy it through Etherium. When I use MyethraWallet, I have to use it as a gas
