I am always on the positive side even though I know lose hope when it comes to ICO projects. There are so many scam projects right now compare before. I don't even know which is a scam and which is not. I do not know if it can still change for the better. Each month that is passing, scammer keep growing and legit ICOs failed.

If we talk about the total number of ICO, their number is growing every year, but the quality suffers. I think this year can not be counted, because the market fell and I can not believe that this will happen sooner than in 2019.

ICO project fail one by one for bad situation of market. If ethereum Market raise, then ICO project will get success. But still no chance to grow ethereum price. I hope next year market will rise.

Icos number risen pretty high this year. A lot of new icos pop out everyday and  most of those dies quickly. None has the answer or can actually tell the exact fate of icos this year. For sure if the market continues to decline then we can expect that 2018 is a bad year for icos. Personally I do hope the market shows good signs of going up.

I do not think so, according to the chart I earn from the cointelegraph, the ico market is growing in quality and quantity. Investors are putting more and more money into ICO projects, which are increasing in the first months of 2018, although there have been some declines in recent months but still very promising.

I agree the outlook is still very promising despite the recent decline although the industry is currently adjusting to account for more regulation being introduced which will in turn lead to an increase in investor confidence and a higher degree of legitimate projects

This year investors are very poorly invested in ICO. Many worthy projects did not receive sufficient support for the implementation of the idea and extended the crowdsale.

This year there are a lot of bad things related to ICO, starting with the prohibition of advertisements by Facebook, Google and others, the price of Ethereum is falling where most ICOs use Ethereum Network. But now all of this is starting to improve because the ban has been lifted and prices continue to increase over time.

I am sure the ICO continues to exist because fundraising through the ICO is still very popular among the startups.
