Maybe a bad year for ICO but there are still a lot of successful ICO, they may not be profitable this year
but as long as they continue to develop, there's still a chance in the succeeding years.
When investing in ICO, we should understand that it is for long term investment and of course learn to diversify your investment.

maybe this year's ICO project is not as good as last year, many ICO projects this year failed and many were fake and scam, even though there were some successful ICOs. Presently this year has already come to an end and nothing is going to happen till next year ,it will still take time to see any improvement in market price ,as for ICOs it will be better not to rush to invest this year again I'd say it will be better next year ,devs are after how good the market price is so it will be hard to see any ICO that follows there promises

It's almost end of the year now and ICO's have struggled to reach hardcap.
Also some projects that have really good teams, working business model and very strong potential didn't even reach hardcap.
Also, when the token hits an exchange, it's disappointing as well.
If these continues, ICO's will dry up.

It already happen actually. I also dont feel any recovery as of now. Maybe next year that will happen. Not for now. Because as you can see cryptomarket is still down and didnt giving any signs of pump or bull run. Maybe next year the crypto will recover. And reach again the high values of tokens.

I'm sure 2018 is the worst year forico. many ico fail and not a few projects have succeeded but were destroyed when marketed. the project average that starts ico this year does not have a large trading volume.
