This year has been very bad for the ICOs. Many ICOs have failed before even launching the project. As the market has been down throughout the year, most investors are reluctant to invest, as they believe it wouldn't be profitable at all.
I completely agree with you, because we are really seeing a drop in the market of ico companies. Participating in the bounty companies for 2018 almost did not bring any earnings. |

I completely agree with you, because we are really seeing a drop in the market of ico companies. Participating in the bounty companies for 2018 almost did not bring any earnings. The main investors lost their funds for the whole of 2018, and also the companies were far from developing and promoting their product due to the poor investment climate and the poor state of the cryptocurrency market. It’s too bad that new good ideas were lost because of the bad state of affairs today. |

The ICO market has changed significantly this year. Many projects failed to achieve their goals and not all of these projects were bad. But the market is now healthier than in 2017 and there are almost no useless tokens left.

2018 is the year of failure of the ICOS campaign. When all campaign has hardly achieved the hardcap and have to extend long time. I think the main reason is the market situation is not good.Therefore it will be very difficult for campaigns to attract many investors. |

2018 will be remembered as the year in which the ICOs got exterminated. Too many bad players entered the ICO sector (may be due to the lack of regulations?) and in the end the good projects suffered.

Yes for the records it has been a very bad year for icos lest be honest let alone the recent development that has eaten so deep into the system scam made more of a problem to investors there was no happy ending for most icos this year though some survived

If we will talk about the events that took place in 2017, then yes, of course, we can say with confidence that this is one of the worst years for everything that was associated with the world of cryptocurrency in general. On my opinion - on the worst has already been left behind, and recently the market touched its bottom.

I think this year is a bad year for the ICO, more precisely that now is not a lucky time for the ICO because when the market falls then people become reluctant and even afraid to invest and prefer to wait until bullrun which causes many ICOs to be neglected and ultimately fail because they don't fund

The year of 2018 for the ico was a doom nightmare to the majority of the community in this industry. This year also is the failures of most ICO's too, why? because most of them ended up into paused project or if not some of them turned into scam result, then lastly some extend their ico project because mostly didn't reach the soft cap due to the market was totally down. |

Good time for ICO. But on the wave of good projects there is a wave of bench, which just did alarming when investing in one of the ICO projects. For even as practice has shown, not all projects are successful, and some even turned out to be a Scam.

The calendar year is almost over. I think it is already possible to sum up some results.
The beginning of the year was not very bad for ICO projects in the wave of the popularity of cryptocurrency, but its middle and end turned out to be a failure.
Good projects can be counted on the fingers. I really hope that 2019 will be more stable.

Yes very few ico survive this year. This is may be due to every ICO coe with same project and trying to bribe the customers for the money.

I have been saying this when I am with my friends that this year is not a good in the crypto world because the price of all altcoins dropped and still keep falling everyday. The market has not experience a major growth this year

2018 is really bad for ICO as man scammers are in the market this year.
Even the exchange market of cryptocurrency is very affected by many regulations.
But i hope this will end better than expected and 2019 will be the year for cryptocurrency/

People do not invest money in new coins not only because of fear. People have money in various coins, for which the price has fallen greatly and they cannot sell them in order to invest in a new coin. |

Of course ,I think this year is a bad year for icos backed by incompetent team.in recent times,we have seen many icos dumping below the ICO price.We have seen many team of icos raising millions of dollars, but at the end of the day,they won't care about investors that bought the ICO.However,some investors are not ready to hold the tokens they bought for longer time due to fear,they find it very hard to wait till the project is fully developed, and this ugly trend prevalent in good number of investors has resulted in a bad year for icos.
On the other hand,some projects that hit both hardcap and softcap are not finding it easy on the market.This ugly trend coupled with bearish market has made this year to become bad for icos.
