I've started a poll.
Hopefully it will bring some negative attention to the lack of a response from BITMAIN and force his hand.

Everybody affected by this delay by UPS has valid reasons to be concerned. These units are extremely time sensitive and late delivery could mean the difference between ROI and losing money.

I don't know about you, but Bitmain has been VERY responsive to my PMs and emails (webmaster@bitmaintech.com). 

Have you tried both methods instead of putting him on blast??  I find people are much more responsive to positive emails and messages than the opposite.  I've worked in the services industry (food service, customer service, wait staff) for a long time before I became an IT Professional and it just amazes me that some people (IMHO) have this entitlement mentality and way too much unrealistic expectations. Consider some things may be out of their control.

Keep in mind, the time zone difference, too.

Bottomline, compared to other mining hardware companies, I've gotten more timely communication from Bitmain than BFL and Hash Fast combined!

Thats exactly what I was advocating, what I was saying is don't call UPS because its the worst thing you can do and they won't help, all it might do is arise suspicion especially if people start telling them what it is they are waiting for and why its so important that a couple of days delay will matter.

Contact BITMAIN not UPS.

Since we have had contact from BITMAIN the purpose of the poll has now been filled so I've locked it. It wasn't my intention to troll, but to get a response from BITMAIN to the affected community.

BITMAIN has generously offered a coupon to the aforementioned customers which I personally am grateful for. Thank you.

Hi Bitmain, the purchase was framed 2014-01-21 18:39:55.0 (Order ID: 00120140121183954655O2aCTi6T0666) but still no information about sending. The letters at webmaster@bitmaintech.com, also no answer. The reports above people make a purchase of 21.01 already got the track numbers. Should I start worrying about it?

Hi all, we have seen the posts about the accident in India. However, the fact is that we have not been helpful, as this kind of incidents is very unusual. We feel sorry for the loss from our customers, though Bitmain should not be seen as responsible for this accident. I would like to ask s1lverbox to finish his list, Bitmain will issue some coupon for the affected customers. We think another hijack is not likely happen to the same customer twice.

Dear everybody freaking out about their miner being stuck with UPS.  It's not Bitmain's fault, so you're way out of line expecting them to compensate you.

You're just going to have to suck it up and deal with it.  The best you can hope for is that Bitmain will receive a refund on the UPS shipping fees and forward them back to you, but I think the logistics of that is a bit over-the-top.

Shipment delivery is released and expected delivery is now MONDAY.

Hey all.  I placed an order on the Bitmain website on 1/24 about 9am Pacific time here in the USA.  I paid for my purchase promptly, and my order status showed the payment confirmed within 45 minutes of the purchase.  As I write this, order status still shows unshipped.

My understanding was that I had placed the order in time that it should be shipped before Chinese New Year.  Huh  Keeping fingers crossed that's the case.  I'll post back if my status changes.

Curious if anyone else is in this same situation?

I've posted in BITMAIN and Sushi's threads about their pricing policies on coupons/discount codes. They haven't responded to either. No response to PMs either.
