I alsp ordered today, paid within 10 min.
My order also shows now expired. But what I heard they are on their way to confirm the payment. Also if the site is not up to date.
And anyway, if I buy something on ebay or in an online store it is possible that I don't hear anything for days.

I'm looking forward Bitmain can confirm all payments that are made and ships as relialbe as ever.

Just a quick update on the status of ordering ...

I placed an order earlier today for two more Ant Miner S1 ... and then immediately paid.  It appears that BitMain is still having problems with the blockchain.info issue ... my look up shows my payment done and fully confirmed.

My order is now showing expired.

I'm guessing (and hoping!) that like last time they will manually look up the transaction, verify the funds, and confirm and ship my order.

I'll update my experience here.

If all goes well ... I'll have a few more Ants in the next 4-5 days!

Ok ... as of this morning ... no communications from BitMain, but my order now shows as "Confirmed", but "Unshipped" ...

I'm hoping - like last time - they actually shipped it already!  :-)

read the thread. its obvious that the orders almost always show expired, and can take up to 24hrs for bitmain's system or manual method to mark as paid. Ive never seen it happen for less than ~20 confirmations, usually many more.

same for shipping. it often takes 2 or even 3 business days (please remember to measure time in business days AND keep the timezone of china in mind) before its marked shipped, and usually is not marked until UPS is already in control of the package

Bitmain is fast - stop freaking out because the website ticket system has a lag

It worked as I thought and as BITMAIN said.

It just took a bit longer to confirm my payment. After 7h I see my order now as Paid / Unshipped / Valid  Grin

Thanks for your work BITMAIN, good to see that there are trustworthy companies in the miningbusiness.

Hey ... the "expired" issue is actually new.  All of my prior orders - until about a week ago - worked flawlessly, with the BitMain website working exactly as I would have expected.  Until that time I did *not* have the experience you are seeing ... I'd place the order and within an hour or so it would show confirmed and paid.

As for shipping - in the past - when they showed "shipped" on their site I would usually get the S1s in 4-5 days.  On my last order their web site still showed "Unshipped" when the unit arrived here to me.  Two days *after* it arrived the BitMain website updated to say "Shipped".  :-)

It seems that the only person "freaking out" is you.  I know that I'm simply communicating my experiences here for the benefit of others.  I've been working to do this in a respectful and objective way.

I'm very pleased with my Ant Miner S1s ... and want others to know that although the website issues are not fully sorted out, things seem to be working.

^im writing on my experienc ein ordering (and receiving) more than 18 antminers - of which 14 are run in my own farm

even before it was common to see the status switch to expired, particularly at times when a block wasnt solved for a while, so that in the hour from payment anything from 0-2 blocks were solved and the status became 'expired'. They are very fast, give them a few days of peace and they will give you a tracking number

Hello,

Not sure what you are asking when you say "is it a legit price?" ... but it is the current price they are selling the rigs for.  The price does fluctuate from time to time, but has been this price for about a week.

The only tips on buying is that you might experience some issues with the website ... but give it all time.  For example, my last order for two more rigs was on the 28th ... it actually expired, and then a day or so later was confirmed.  Then my order sat until this morning (the 31st) being marked as "Unshipped" ... even though as of today I got the UPS tracking information that it shipped from them on the 29th, and will be here (in the US) on the 1st of April.

Overall ... these are pretty impressive rigs, and BitMain is legit.  Your experiences ordering and getting status updates can vary.

Although others on this thread - intolerant of any forms of honest communications about BitMain experiences, or questions like yours - will tell you all of their stories, I can say that my initial orders of my first rigs from Bitmain were flawless and on time.  Since the BlockChain.info issues came up, the website has been flaky ... but the rigs have arrived and worked perfectly!  :-)
