hi, i just wanted to buy 8 antminers s3, at the price of 4 btc, and they ask me 2.59 for shipping with ups.
anyone knows something about this, cause they didn t say anytihing of shipping costs.
Ridiculous!
Yes, they started adding extra shipping costs with this batch of S3+'s .... but they seem to be quite liberal at how much they charge in total disregard to ROI of the buyer!
ADVICE: Get 8 vouchers to reduce your unit costs (they are worth ~0.035 to bitmain but people are selling them for 0.015 or less)

I don't have a fixed price for coupons.
If you want coupons, pm your offer price.
I have total 12Coupons in hand for S3+.

i have coupons, but i canno t pay 4 btc for units and 2,59 btc for shipping

If you want, i still got 13 miners left from batch 8 that i want to sell for 200 dollar pp.

If you make it 4,5 btc i will sell you 8 miners incl shipping cost. (i payed the tax already over it)

Let me know if you like the offer.

Gr danny
are you selling the PSU with miner too? If yes then I would like to buy all your miners

I got a few ocz 850 watt of you want, sell them for 50 bucks, but they are like 2,5 or 3 years old.

Give me a pm if you like the offer.

Greetings.
I want to order a fee for S3, where there is a Wi-Fi module. I stopped working this board. Constantly blinking red LED. How can I have you order it?
Thank you!

Maybe someone out here can give me some suggestions that I haven't tried yet.

All my miners S3. and 4 S3+ all stopped working at the same time. I can't remember what lead to it, but they all started chirping in unison beep beep beep non stop until I turned the power off or whatever I did, I forget, (I have been up 28 hours, and memory is getting foggy on what the specifics of the bomb was)
They power up, look to connect, green flickers yellow is on as well no red led's unless I am just turning power on. They are/were/are again on powerline internet. I swapped out a range extender which worked perfectly in my sons garbage pail of a bedroom Smiley.

I can not get into them, they are not connecting to Slush or any of the fail-over pools. The fans are almost idle. They aren't hashing obviously. but the internet is there.

I can not log into any of them. I had ending IP's from 94-98 used, always leaving 99 open for a new unit should one appear at the door one day.

Is there a hard reset, and if so, exactly how do I do it? I know there is a pin hole, beside the Ethernet port somewhere i stuck a thin nail in one of them, but it didn't seem to do anything.

Any help is greatly appreciated, going on 18 hours downtime now no hashing.

Thanks in advance.

sometimes the button is a bit to the side, flash the light on it and you will see. Push the paperclip (large paperclip is usually perfect), not nail on that button for ~10 sec, not 1sec and it will reset.

Its easy to wifi. Its harder to hope you get one that works. Amazon sells one that come from china.

On another note did anyone notice on the v5 firmware that the s3's seem slower. I'm reading 395ish and they are still just as loud as at 440GH.

Like the info address for potential tips Wink

WOW. When did they charge separately for shipping? If you add in the shipping, it looks as if they never lowered the price to account for diff change at all.

well, I finally received my antminer C1. It is all set with cooling kit and operational. But it does not work. The web interface does not show up.
If I manually set up a pool in conf file using ssh. It still keeps working for some unknown pool because the PSU is consuming 1000+watts.

Anyone has received it and has it working yet?

I received my C1 as well.  The web configuration did come up and I was able to perform some functions.  However, the network configuration page Save & Apply button is non-functional so I have been unable to complete the setup.  I've e-mailed info@bitmaintech.com and I am awaiting there response.  I haven't unboxed my second unit yet so I'm uncertain if this is a one-off issue or more systemic across multiple devices.  Huh

AntMiner S4 Passes ISTA® Test
                                                                                                                                — Ensure the Safety and Stability of Miner

We have drawn on the delivery experiences of AntMiner S2, design the S4 with less hash blades and adjust the space structure in each box to bring a light and portable model, enhancing the stability of the machine. What’s more, we improve the packaging type and materials to minimize the damage during transportation. And now S4’s package is successfully tested by the methods meeting the regulations of ISTA 1A & ISTA 3A. The entire outer packaging is good enough and S4 is still working normally after critical testing. ISTA® test pass plays an important role in ensuring the safety and stability of the AntMiner S4 in delivery process.

In addition, the power supply issue of AntMiner S4 has been solved properly. The replacement PSUs we announced early are almost processed and we will be focusing on issuing the compensation to the effected customers this week.

We really appreciate every customer’s great support on BITMAIN. We do always have the time listening and humbly accepting your suggestion on the miners and other products of BITMAIN. And will spare no effort to design the miner that benefits all the bitcoin players!

There was no any need in selling S4 with some custom PSU.

How ou how should the voltage be written in new firmware field - chinese cant put an example to ease things.
so is it 0.63 or .63 or 0.63v perhaps .63v or even 0.63V .. .63V Please tell.

So ive got s3:s , I think i found it from s4 manual 0630 ? Doesnt seem to affect anyhow - is this field a Bitmain joke?

Hi, only with the option "Advanced Setting" in your miner status, you can adjust the voltage and frequency. Go to the Miner Configuration tab and in the Advanced Settings tab you will find the chip operating frequency and voltage set as default 225M and 0725-which means 0.725volts. You can select the voltage value from the pull-down menu, however you should modify the chip operating voltage by yourself as per the testing results. And the voltage and frequency should match in a proper way, otherwise, the miner will probably run in a abnormal status.
