Upgrade to Windows GUI Wallet - AnnouncementThe issue related to updating blockchain data by daemon in several locations still persists. With the help of Ledon (heybeablack), Claudio (casinista) and Wayne (holidtapman) tried to rectify this in different locations by replacing the Blockchain DB file with the updated DB from my node. This did not help in resolving this issue. Updated the config file on both seed nodes and my own node which acts as a peer on the network as per a suggestion on the CryptoNote/ForkNote forum. Yet the same issue is being faced in other locations as tested by me using VPN connections for different locations. So as of now we will focus on speeding up the process of upgrading to the Windows GUI Wallet. Initially I had though of releasing this by the end of this month. Now we will target releasing this by the beginning of next week. The bonus announced earlier of 1000 SWAT will be issued to everyone when the new wallet is released. Amidst all this my own node is running like clock work! Receiving the Mined Coins transferred by the Miner without any problem and Daemon does not throw up any error!
