It doesn't push the exchangers to resolve the issues quicker because even the negative feedback is just neutral. But imagine if there was enough visible negative feedback, the exchangers would labour to get the issues resolved as soon as possible or the reputation is going down. I was bestchange could borrow a leaf from platforms like casinoguru.

How did you decide on this exchange?
There are so many better and more reliable ones on the market. Plus, you sent a rather large amount once, it was almost certain that they would ask for additional KYC.
Unfortunately, you will have to do KYC, and Bestchange can't help you much with that.
