They used to be so Okay and help out customers resolves issues as soon as possible, but lately everything seems all different, and they don't seem to care about any constructive criticism or suggestions like they used to.

Bestchange should just scrap all those KYC/No KYC indicators from their platform. They are very misleading, and I believe all exchangers vetted by them have to ask for KYC verification at one point.

Online exchange should be available 24/7. And what you are talking about with limited business periods are services with manual processing of orders. It is a bit unclear to me how anyone can trust such services

Curiosity got the better of me and I checked using other tools and the risk score still turns up as low. Whatever they are trying to do, they are probably just trying to scam you. Funny thing is that they claim to comply with regulations, but have no Licence or licence number to show that they are allowed to operate an exchange. If they want KYC verification from you, then let them first identify themselves.
