Actually the concept of DECOIN's project has nothing to do with Ponzi Scheme, they aim to build an exchange for trading cryptocurrecty and sharing revenue with coin holders ( people who hold Decoin ). The idea is similar to Binance. Ponzi Scheme is when a company generates profit for older investors through revenue paid by new investors.
