We have emailed the old DEV he has been MIA for months now - we will see.  If he still holds a lot of PAC we are bound to hear from him.  
I think he would be proud to be the founder of a coin that went from the bottom on up.  

In the meantime the community is more active than it ever has been.  Discord room is growing as well.  Slow and steady will win the race.....

The old DEV William Corless responded.  He was hoping the community would work together to grow this coin.  We have invited him to join the Discord community where we are getting a lot of work done.

In the last week they have completed:

1.  Launched a new website -  http://www.paccoin.net

3.  Rebranded Logo & Community Purpose
4.  Relaunched wallet one file installer http://paccoin.net/paccoin-windows-wallet-installation

Not bad for just one week - Discord Room has gone from 1 to 60 members in this time as well.

The coin is rebranded as the "People's Alternative Choice" coin - we are bringing this coin to a real world - with real purpose - and new innovative features.

There is a problem with coin supply and BIG wallets - we will be relaunching the exact plan Nov 1st.

This coin is being reformed. Rome was not finished in one day. Give new dev time to work, calm down. I hold it for over a year without profit.

I think that there will work after hardfork normally. Just the supply will be limited. Or am I false? If we could do this it would be a good and a bad idea. If the supply is limited to 4 Trillion more and more Miner will leave this coin. They just want to get coins…

Kindly note "Novaexchange" will have new owners and management effective April 2018, with major upgrades to the exchange to better handle scaling, stability and security.

For better management and security of customer funds we have decided to close down Novaexchange so that the users can withdraw all their funds with no participation/responsibility of action of the new management.

2017-10-30 This information goes public, user registration closes, addcoin page closes, disabling deposits of ETC and ETH
2017-11-30 Deposits disabled for ALL coins, all users get level 3 verified account level

I downloaded the new wallet, synced it and transferred  backup wallet.dat file. I also deleted the wallet.dat from the new wallet. My balance is still showing zero. Any help would be appreciated.

May be a stupid question:

It says this coin is POS.  How long is the maturity.  have been holding about 10mil for over a month running 24/7 and no stakes.  New coin to me but not new to crypto. 

Any help with an answer or even where to look as besides the white paper and this thread I cant seem to find any up to date info.

It should start staking between 30 to 60 days. Keeping your wallet running and in sync is best practice.
