Ok folks.  I am so sorry.  Apparently I got sidetracked and blinded by all the paccoin wallets I have.  I finally got it to look the right way.  I appreciate everyone's input and due diligence with this and your patience with me.  I was wrong and I will always admit it when I am.  It is working now and moving like lightning speed.  at 86% now, after 1 minute.  Thank you all and wish you all the best with this magnificent coin.

I got the same result, looks like the old wallet to me as well.

  Go to C drive, go to users, {Your computer user name} go to appdata, go to roaming then go to Paccoincore, not just paccoin and start it.    What a nightmare for me.  Have a great night/day bud.
