cryptocurrency is a good way to invest. but now it is too unstable, so I would refrain from any financial action in the market. it's better to wait a little and not risk it.

is it a gambling habit that you invest more than 10k? most people that are into crypto are working and taking classes at the same time. only to take loans for school to put into crypto. should you invest more than 10-30k dollars worth of crypto? back then people are investing only 1,000 to 5,000 into bitcoin. how serious is crypto. back than i hear people opening 2nd loans from their homes. but now it has quiet down a bit.
It may depend on what crypto you want to buy, or how much profit you expect. Because at present of course some coins have different potential and risk.

The mentioned amount is too much the beginners. If you are just starting investing in cryptocurrency, you should cap it at 2k-3k maximum. Choose a good ICO, learn from the forum how to choose a good ICO or google it. You'll find plenty of tutorials, article, videos for learning. One last sentence, never invest all of your money and never invest the amount you cannot afford to lose.

Surely it is a lot of money, it is a good investment opportunity with that kind of money, when the coins and altcoins is now in recovery. If you buy it for a good coin or altcoins, you can totally gain good profits on the next days. It is good also to split your funds into buying coins and investing into an ico.

It is worth it to invest more than 10k but only if you are putting all of that money into the best projects in the market so that way you are sure that when the prices go up you will be making profit from it. Like others have pointed out, if this is your first time investing then 10k is way too much for you to invest as a beginner

Before investing, you need to understand the risks. Analyze projects and the market as a whole. After all this, you must decide for yourself how much to invest, thereby taking all risks into account and readily accepting them. You should search for a good interesting project that is trustworthy enough to return your money and simultaneously have an interesting concept. In the result, you will earn money and, moreover, support the implementation of a good idea. As I can consider myself as an expert in ICOs field and investment, so I can give you some advice. You need to choose it really careful and study all about ICO project which you want to invest in. For example, an experience of a team, a value of the project, uniqueness and then read some comments about it. If you need my recommendation, Kelvin Blockchain

In cryptocurrency there is no need for investing this much of penny. I suggest you only $2000 is enough for crypto investing. If you choose a right coin in right time then you will reap more than 10x in a year. This is investment time and would like to suggest you one coin BNT and another is ICO that is Chimaera ICO. So, invest in this two coin and see what value you will get in a year.

That os tru investing for a little amount and then if you gain just go for round on it so that you will be able to gain a lot of profit and it is not totally risky in your side because less money is being involved. BTC investment is better than the other investment. ICO are great strategies to earn more.

I believe that it's a big amount for you so I highly suggest that don't do it. Even a $5k is enough for you to start trading and with a proper research on coins, analysis, and timing, you can turn that into $100k in a year but this result can only be possible if you do this for full time.

I think it's a stupid decision to take a loan or their lifetime saving and use it to invest in crypto, especially if they have no background in investing. You should invest the money that you can afford to lose because there's risk in investment, it's certainly worth to invest a lot of money if you really can afford that much but if you can't then you shouldn't force it.

most people that are into crypto are working and taking classes at the same time.
I don't understand where this statement came from.  This is an inaccurate generalization.

When prices are increasing like they did when bitcoin hit 20k, people were euphoric about bitcoin and yes, I also read about people mortgaging their houses and in one case selling everything they had, including their kid's toys.  That also happened in the tulip craze some centuries ago, and it's basically people going crazy during a bull market.  That happens during every bull market.

If you have the money to invest, go for it but as I've often written, don't put into the market what you're going to need in the next 6 months.  Don't let FOMO or any other emotion make you do stupid things.  If bitcoin continues increasing like it has in the past week, people are going to start doing this sort of folly again.  You'll see.

Maybe you think 20k is lots of money, but most of the investors here won't agree.
It is common to see people investor more than 100k or even 1m in cryptocurrency.
Cryptcurrency is probably your best opportunity to make yourself economy independent.

If you decide to invest this amount, then you should carefully choose a coin. I would not advise buying new coins, although among them there are many promising, but they are not stable.

I would now advise everyone to invest all their money in cryptocurrency, as this is the only chance for an ordinary person to get rich very soon. But it is necessary to form the investment portfolio wisely.

It is not necessary to invest a lot of money in cryptocurrencies. You just need to choose the right investment object. Even $ 100 successfully invested in a few years will be able to bring 10-20-30-50-100 thousand $ if the project is very successful. If you do not have a large capital that you are willing to invest, it is better to work with small amounts

If I have enough funds, I may invest, but 10,000 US dollars is a bit more for me. I won't, or I will invest a little money to go to the market to see if the change is better.

I know that 10K for investing are very worth. But, not everyone think that 10K are ideal amount for investing. I think it's their right to invest whatever they want.

I think it all depends on how much money you have. For someone to lose $ 1000 is a lot, but for someone $ 1000 000 is not enough. The main thing is not to invest the latest money, choose the right strategy.

In my opinion, the amount of money you are willing to invest is not the thing you should give much importance. First you should gain knowledge and wisdom to choose the right technology to invest in.

Hope, it is not all your money and you have some for living. So if you decided to put that much I think you should try BTC. Put 60% of your investments there and take some promising coins. Like EOS, NEO, 0x. But still I think 10k of $ will be enough.
