Always Check the team and product behind any ICO project! Because it makes all the difference.. When can't predict the future of any ico, you can rely on the product behind it. You can see the ARROUND project for a good one ..

If I am to go by what OP has listed, I will prefer Eligma over others, because i  still know, at least  little about it. There are also other good ones in the crypto space, but you should always know why you are choosing it,  which can only be achieved through your research.
If you therefore did not study it, you should then know you might end up select a bad one.

Why did you mentioned specific ICOs? I never invest in the projects that have no real working product, especially in the bear market. Top projects are listed in the ICO rating agencies , I prefer to take the investment decision from the analytics. Bounty programs spread fake information and forum advertisements prepares next trap for the scam projects.

Now these ICO projects are mostly scam and don't trust anything from their group because Bitwings is not a big project this year and this is one of the projects with the highest failure rate. I personally do not invest in existing ICO projects because the risk is very high and if they cannot implement the IEO at a large exchange, all investors will not be able to earn any profit.

IMO, i chose to hold exchange token like bnb, okex token, etc.
by holding that, you can join IEO on their platform and yes, token you buy during IEO will have hype time. you can sell anytime you want.
but, before you join IEO, do your research about project, team, anything related project that you want to join.
