you must answer some question before buying this coins:
1- are you newbie or no?
2- are you holder or you are trader?
3- do you have strategy or no?

if you are newbie, i suggest you buy only BTC and also if you are holder buy BTC, if you are professional trader, you know that you must invest on BTC about 50-70% of your money. and trade with other 30-50%. also if you are holder for long term for example for the end of 2019 suggest you to buy ETH.

Why not both...it’s a huge huge some of money and why invest all of them in a single coin why not both why not more..I suggest atleast buy both of them if not interested in any other coin

Now 150 ETH = 12,5 BTC. You had the answer. The bitcoin price is very high, so it's hard for it to rise. For ETH, that's a other story. ETH is too young, new, its price is not too high. So it has more chance to increase the price than bitcoin.
When the market is bleak, ETH is not a bad choice. I don't say ETH can overtake Bitcoin. But ETH have too much potential for development. Its growth rate is likely to be higher than bitcoin.

Are you a newbie? If not, why not invest 1/3 each and use the other 1/3 to trade? You will get more benefits from it. But If you're a newbie, just hold BTC. I think it's better to keep the BTC. But it would be reasonable to do so: one half to invest in ETH, and the other half in BTC.
