I think they are just slow atm. They always answered emails. I think they stated it can take up to 12h ? |

Well I'm right at 24 hours since I emailed them...plus the last time I had this issue(Friday)...I didn't get an email response for close to 30 hours. Looks like they are getting sloppy. I always got a response in couple of hours. I hope that gets sorted out fast for u guys. |

I just did a micro deposit .01 BTC...it went thru in under 2 mins but my larger one from yesterday remains uncredited....my theory on Cloudbet is a lot of the time don't have enough BTC in their "cold storage" to cover deposits...they have about 2 people who work for them and once the storage is replenished it takes a good 30 hours to catch up with the deposits...I say stay far away...they are on their way out of the industry.

Yeah. I deposited twice only to take my my money out and let them keep their .0001. What book even nickel and dimes that .0001 out of their players?   Hey Dennis and team! It's 10pm over in Europe. Deposit finally hits the account 48 hours later....second time in a week....no compensation from Cloudbet for the waste of time and money...BTC promptly withdrawn...never will I play at this outfit again....they don't give a shit about their clients.
