I need to make this post because your website is extremely buggy and unreliable.

I placed a wager this afternoon on a game, saw my account balance go to 0. It said 'bet successfully placed.'

I came back upstairs after the game ended to find that the bet had never in fact gone through. This is INFURIATING. It said 'bet successfully placed' and my account balance went to 0.

What the heck happened?

For the future, take a screenshot of the "bet successfully placed" screen.
(I assume it has all the info of the bet on that screen).

It's likely that you've hit the betting limit for that event/market. Please contact support if you would like your limits increased.

I bet on BC vs GT in the 1pm start.  when I placed the bet, CB site came back and said bet wasn't accepted please try again.  I did so.  Now I have twice the bet in play.  Again notified support but suspect I wont hear until their am and then I know what the answer will be
