@Cloudbet I doubt this is a bug but I will be a good user and pretend it is,
Whenever you place a live bet and the odds have moved below (lower odds) in the seconds after you click place bet you have to confirm your bet manually, however if the odds move above (higher odds) the bet get accepted automatically at the lower odds.
I tried that about enough times to be sure it's not a coincidence and it seriously encourages me to leave your sportsbook, Robbery in broad daylight.

Not sure why are there so many problems recently. They used to be really good before but seems they have stopped spending much time on the site to run it. Could be due to lack of traffic , but hard to say. It has also gone down in rating on a rating thread for casinos. |

IMO they should have earned over 10k btc from players, it is one of the best sportsbook, I don't think it is lacking of traffic, maybe one reason is that they have earned enough money, that's why there are so many issues. And some crazy issues like wrong bets are serious, may become a scam site in the future, who knows. |

hi cloudbet i deposited 0.01 btc from xapo wallet..
a confirmation from xapo has been sent to me via email that funds transferred but i cant see any deposits in my wallet..i have check the wallet transaction of my cloudbet account its not showing there ..

Don't even pretend it's a bug. It's so obvious. I have brought this up to several entities, including SBR, who don't seem to give a rats ass. The only thing we can do is take demo videos and post them to forums to organize a boycott. Shady bet acceptance tactics aside, their live odds on everything except for soccer are fraudulent. You'll see a baseball match where one side is -1000 and the other is only +200. Check Bet365 and the same match will be -330 / +250 |

I've had a payout sitting in the "sending" state for over 10 hours now. This place is dying (if not dead already). Notice the absence of customer service to answer us here (or our emails!).

Shut the fuck up. Why don't you address people's concerns with your fraudulent live betting practices?
We are about to launch a major overhaul of the live betting that will result in much fewer rejected bets and much quicker updating of pricing (when price moves both for or against a player). Also - in general, we aspire to accept as many bets as possible. Please only submit your betslip with bets at prices you are happy to accept. I tried to place a bet but after i clicked on "place bet" button your site went down (at least 5 minutes) , so i did not get any response that you accepted my bet or not.
So i placed the same bet at another site, of course the bet was lost (1 BTC), so i lost twice my stake. Thank you again.
Your site went down in that 1-3 second i placed my bet , it is unbelievable. ....
You should add the bet placing time to the bet details because i can imagine that you accepted my bet only after 3-4 minutes when your site come back, but at that time the match is already started so it is an invalid, not valid bet anymore.

The site is so unreliable. Further, the customer service reps are fucking dolts who can't do anything more than copy/paste a canned response. If you have an ACTUAL question or bring up their flawed practices/odds, they simply choose to ignore. |
